Cherrie Blossom Tea & Boba — Restaurant in La Mesa

This place is very interesting in a good way of course. They are located inside Wong's on University Ave, here in San Diego.

The person who runs the spot was lat so I had to wait awhile before ordering, which was okay. I ordered the traditional black milk tea with no boba and the popcorn chicken. They have a great combo special which is one boba drink and a bite off the "Bites" menu for $9.99 plus tax. It's a great deal.

The black milk tea was good. It was smooth and rich but the black tea flavor needed more of that black tea flavor. It was mild yet tasty of course.

The popcorn chicken was very good. The deep fried chicken morsels had a nice well seasoned crisp light breading and the all white meat chicken inside was very tender. They served the popcorn chicken with a side of sweet & sour sauce, and hot mustard & ketchup. The popcorn chicken was definitely a repeat.

Great new spot for Boba! We got the brown sugar milk tea, Thai milk tea and lemonade and they were all so good. I didn't get the snacks but I love boba places that have them. They have sweet and savory bites and I'll probably get the popcorn chicken and mochi ice cream next time. Probably best of all, it's in a great spot - I won't have to go far at all to get boba and it's so close to Helix where my family goes to school. Lastly, the people there were just very nice and quick with the drinks. (Also there's a $2 off deal for Boba this month...

Cherri blossom it’s the best restaurant ever the employee is really supportive. I did a mistake when I order online order. Then when I called them, they figured it out. I did a mistake and they bring the food to my home. I have never had an experience like this. This is so awesome. The food is delivered to my home. I never had like this experience.
