Extremely disappointed because I've went here a good amount as a kid and my grandpa takes me here from time to time. Every employee and the manager I know of here has been the most kind and chill people to ever work fast food but this morning me and my mother had an encounter with one of the managers I've never seen before. She was rushing us in the drive way when we just started ordering and was rude clearly made groans/grunts because we were confused on why an order got taken off of the screen. And she kept repeating "and what else?" in a very aggressive manner. When we went to the window her whole attitude changed to a sarcastic friendly grin that was passive aggressive. Then she had our order wrong and the other manager had to step in to fix it. It's not just about us, but the guy that served our food at the window looked stressed and she kept rushing along with yelling at him if he had given us our drinks even though he replied yes multiple times. And she clearly heard my mom telling me that she was extremely rude and tried to make us pull over to the side so she wouldn't have to hear my mom address it. We never needed to pull over because the food was ready. When my mom confronted her behavior the woman cut her off replying with "Sorry you feel that way is that it? We have a car behind you." In the most sarcastic tone. And whenmy mom asked to speak to the manager we're more familiar with who just finished out our order, the rude one just said she went on break like she was lying to us because she didn't want us to report her. The woman then replied "whatever" throwing her hands in the air walking away. She rudely and aggressively handed the guy our food and said "give it to them." I feel bad for him because he looked really distressed and scared like he didn't what to do in that position and didn't want to lose his job. He repeatly and quietly apologized to us for her behavior so she wouldn't hear it. I understand that people have good and bad days, not everyone will be 100% there and in the mood. But if she would just own up to it and admit she wasn't feeling good at the moment then it's all good but the way she handled it was not alright at all and shows the lack of professionalism as well as having decency as a human being. And even after all that the burgers ordered were missing lettuce, tomatoes and also the side of jalapeño poppers. Read moreI wouldn't normally do this but I really appreciated the service that I got today at Jack In The box at this location. I called at about 11:30 to see if they had a certain menu item that some other locations do not have, and they actually answered the phone, which is if anyone else knows most fast food restaurants will ignore the ringing for hours. The guy who picked up the phone was friendly with me and quickly assured me that they had that menu item so I proceeded to drive over to that location. When I got there I was that person unfortunately who came at 5 minutes before closing time and I felt really bad about it but I was just really hungry and was looking for something specific to curb my craving. However the guy at the drive-thru was nothing but nice when I asked again if they had that item and he rung me up correctly for my items, and still proceeded to give me great service. When I got to the window, I found out his name was Ivan and he was the same person who kindly answer the phone and took my order at the drive-thru line. Even though I was their last customer of the day because I came five minutes late even gave me nothing but good customer service Ivan was very helpful and him and the line team made the menu item that I know they don't just have on hand and had to make fresh. Never was I given an attitude or anything, I asked for sauces and extra napkins and he was very kind and courteous to me and the food was fresh and hot. My last experience at the Jack In The box on college avenue wasn't so good so I decided to try this one and I'm very happy I did. Even though it's a little bit of a longer drive I will appreciate the service that I was given tonight and we'll be coming back again! Thank you guys so much for serving me even though I came late and not pretending that you didn't have an item just because you didn't feel like making it, that goes a long way in my book and I really appreciate it. Read moreThe reason why I hated this Jack in the box is because hey I asked specifically for certain things and I double checked while placing my order in the Drive-Thru to make sure that those things were heard by me and when I get confirmation from the person taking my order I assume that when I open the bag everything is going to be the way it should be. Now most short order Cooks know that when you ask for a hamburger such as a jumbo Jack with cheese double everything no pickle, that double everything means double the condiments only not the meat and the cheese otherwise I would have ordered a double cheeseburger du h.
