Tom's Jr. Burgers — Restaurant in La Mirada

Placed an order for pick up cause I was in a rush and when I got there they told me I had to go through the drive thru where there was a line. I asked the girl if there was any way to just pick up my order and she said no that I had to wait. I asked her if my food was done and just getting cold she said yes and that they couldn't remake it and continued to say I had to wait in line and that there were only four cars in front of me. I could understand that they were busy but just very rude to say that my food had to sit there and get cold while they made everyone else's. They could have remade my order if they were not just going to let me pick it up. They even have on their sign that I should call ahead and they would have it ready they should add on the sign that it might be cold when you get it. I wouldn't bother placing your order ahead of time cause you will have to wait the same amount of time as if you place it there but at least your food will be fresh. I have to say that most of the time their food is pretty good but their customer service is...

The food here is great but its sad that the staff has to ruin it. The staff has been rude both times i have came. I tried to ask why they cant do half chicken half steak for the fajitas and said i didnt mind payin extra and she just ignored me. Even shows a picture of half steak n chicken fajitas in the drive thru. Not to mention she forgot to put my tortilla in the bag which ruins the meal i paid 17.99 for. They forgot my drink the first time too and the customer service is just plain rude and especially cuz im not one of those mean customers that yell or blame things on staff, but just a little empathy or politeness would have went a long way. Sad to say i felt like she would spit on my food just for askin to do half n half and when she was loadin things in the bag she just kept ignorin me and rollin her eyes when i was askin if they had limes or lemons which by the way dont understand why u wouldnt have any but i kept my mouth shut and just said ok thanks and drove off. I wish i could reccommend this place to everyone but their customer...

10/6/2024 = 5 Star = Just visit again ang add additional star coz we ask for salsa with no extra charge , they deserve 5 star . Thanks to the management. Will keep going back and recommended to family and friends.

9/15/2023 = 4 Star = Order Fish and Fries with salad , ask for a dipping sauce for the fish server said 75 cents, but manager jump in right away and said its okey , should be included coz fish need it , manager save the day , minus 1 star for now , because of that . Will visit soon .

9/9/2023 = 5 Star = 2nd time here , kids requested to eat here again , i tried different menu and wow food amazing. Another 5 Star.
