The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf — Restaurant in La Palma

Went in the morning and was the only place ordering (and yes I know there is still a drive thru) but it wasn’t insanely busy at all and I was the only person in the store at the time. And, even so, the store tends to be pretty loud so, if y’all see one person in your store and you make a latte for them aren’t you supposed to call it out and make sure I grab it? You literally said nothing and just let my coffee sit there for minutes and meanwhile, here I am on my phone sitting and waiting for my coffee order to be called out. Then I turn around cuz I’m like “hey it’s been awhile for one latte, theyr still making my drink?” And lo and behold it had been in the counter this whole time. Then I got ip to ask what this is and this girl give me a look, doesn’t say anything, looks at another co worker that then looks at me with absolutely no emotion in her face and I ask the same question and with a barely audible voice and the biggest “I don’t want to be here” face goes “cookie butter with hazelnut? Yes” okay we’ll then if you knew it was fine and I’m the only one at the store just call me over! Duh! Like you see me waiting but don’t care enough to let me know! Like dude, didn’t work somewhere you don’t wanna work at. Do better! I’m in the customer service and food industry so it’s not that hard. Now my latter isn’t even hot and I’m not going anywhere I can go heat it up at which...

This is my first time ever trying this Company. So I thought about giving it a try today. And no wonder why I’ve never given this company a chance and now I know why.

I had such a horrible experience at this location and I will never be returning to this company. Usually, when you’re supposed to go to companies for the first time, it’s supposed to be a great experience The service and the employees completely ruined. This experience for me that I will never be returning. The employees did not follow any directions that I want specifically done with this coffee. You mean to tell me I’m going to pay for 6.95 for a medium drink when I asked for a large. I gave them simple instructions and they did the exact opposite. I went inside and told the cashier and they went and messed it up again. You do not charge your customers 7$ from barely any coffee and a cup full of ice! I will never be returning to this...

This coffee bean never ever has what I want, i tried calling the store because this is the only location that is close by, they never answered so I decide to make the drive, and sure enough I’m sitting in the drive thru and ofc they don’t have my first choice, but I prepared my self to order my back up drink just in case and guess what they don’t have it either so I’m like shoot ok ima get my third choice and they didn’t have it either!!!! I was like ok at this point I didn’t want to keep people waiting in the drive thru so I order whatever drink they are promoting which was the minty matcha ice blended. Whoever is in charge of ordering and doing the inventory needs to get it together because it’s seriously annoying!
