I complained on the website and received no response so here's my 2¢ on the new location. I ordered online to pickup up burgers and have them brought out to my car. We are still social distancing and I am high risk. I got to the store at 7pm, pushed the "I'm here" button on my phone and waited. I actually waited for 15 mins (my choice to wait). I called the store at 7:15 and asked where my order was. "It's ready. We just need to make your fries." "Are you bringing it out?" "No, this is an online order." 🤔 Now, mind you, there was nobody in the store at this time. "Well, can you bring it out to me? I'm high risk." "No. You have to come in." So, I went in. Like I said, store was empty so I was not in danger. It was the interaction that was lacking. And this made no sense at all. So if you order online, be prepared to go inside to get your burgers.
Last but not least, their burgers are so good...
Read moreThis review has nothing to do with the place itself. I come from a relatively small town on the East Coast. Five guys several years ago and I always wondered why it was never really busy compared to some of the other locations like Chick-fil-A which were normally packed. I decided to try it out it was absolutely shocked when I found out it would have cost me over $20 to get a cheeseburger fries and drink. I opted not to get the drink and was still shocked when it cost me over $18 for a cheeseburger and fries. I understand prices have gone up but this seems a little ridiculous. Hamburger was okay fries were okay but nothing will take me back there...
Read moreMy patience has run out. 5 out of the last 6 times we bought food here the order was messed up somehow. Tonight takes the cake. My wife orders a little cheeseburger bowl I get it home there's NO burger Or cheese. Also, my son orders a regular cheeseburger and he only has one patty. For a family of 3 we are paying nearly $40 for a meal. The excuses are over, get some good help in there. Maybe ownership needs to flip a few burgers instead of home counting profits. I'm glad Foster's is just down the street....
