I was looking for a place to hangout for a few hours in la porte while on a trip and I stumbled upon this unbelievable find. Great coffee but even better vibes and atmosphere. I thiught this was going to be a small coffee shop with 3 or 4 tables but wow - i was so wrong. I cant stress enough how terrific the upstairs area is to sit and reflect/read/write/study. The assortment of vintage and antique furniture sets such a relaxing feel. Super bummed this place is not closer to home but this place is going on my list of best places to just exist and enjoy company...

This place is so cute & charming — and with wonderful coffee, friendly & helpful staff, reasonably priced artisan products, antiques, and plenty of cute little places to sit, how could it not be? I didn't notice it until I looked at the books. Every one seemed to be some form of western christian religious inspired point of view. Then there is a bunch of christian arts and crafts everywhere.
