Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in La Porte

We made an order online for delivery but the site never asked for an address. Calling the store the girl that answered never asked who she was talking to and shorted the conversation saying that the order was already on the board and hung up... We called back, to make sure they had our address. While on the phone with the same girl that answered before we we're receiving an incoming call from the same phone number we were currently on the phone with and it ended the call... AGAIN, we called the store and asked if they had our address to which she responded with, "we have the address" and hung up again. We called again since we had recently moved just to clarify this fact and confirm they had the correct address. Yet again the same girl answers and then states that they don't have an address for us at all and took the information down and ends the call. Here we thought we were FINALLY in the clear and receiving our order but instead we received a phone call. The girl that we were dealing with before proceeds to tell us we owe them 8$ for our order. Asking for what the remaining balance was for since we ordered a 40$+ order online with card she said a coupon that was applied online was not valid and that we owe what the coupon saved on the purchase. At that point we told them to cancel the order and that we were calling Papa John's. Never have we ever had this much confusion and discombobulated of a time trying to order a pizza. It was rude, unprofessional, and far more complex than necessary which was said because we were looking forward to Domino's Pizzas for the night....

Who's hiring these kids? Been going to this store for over 7 years, and have always had good relations with the staff there. I stop going there for about a year, and everything has changed. Went in to pickup my order, there were 2 people working. One shorter girl and an average height girl. When I walked in, I got no "Hello" "We'll be right with you" Nothing. So I'm standing at the counter for 5 minutes, watching the taller girl casually making pizzas, ZERO situational awareness, and the shorter girl, who CLEARLY seen me, paying me no mind the entire time and remained on the phone saying nothing to me. My fiancée wanted to know about the order, and I informed her about the lack of situational awareness, and proceeded to send pictures of what each person was doing. I then cleared my throat, and the shorter girl goes "Megan, there's someone at the counter, they're recording us for some reason." The girl making pizzas stops and comes to hand me my food then goes back to the pizzas. I then hear the shorter girl yell something at me as I left the store. So you can ignore me while I patiently wait, but then you can notice me taking pictures of my poor...

If I could give them a 0 I would. I called ordered my food and was told 30 mins for delivery. After an hour I called to find out that I was ONE mile out of there delivery zone. When I asked why I was not informed of this well placing my order they said they didn't realize till after they made my food and charged my card. I said so your telling me it's been over an hour, you made my food then tossed it because I was out of yoir delivery zone ? And more importantly I had to call to find out that my food was not being delivered? They said they tried calling ,Which they did not I did not have any missed calls. I told them that they said they should have left a message but didn't. Both women I talked to that claimed to be a manager were both extremely rood. I get they have a delivery zone but I should have been informed I was outside of that before having to call and find out where my food was. Very...
