Placed an order online and saw it would take over 90 min for delivery. I then tried to immediately call the store 5 times and could hear them pick up the phone and hang up. I proceeded to call another number who was able to transfer me to that store. I asked to cancel my order, they asked for the name on the order... and then hung up. No response or confirmation. I realize it was 45 minutes before closing but the service was pitiful. Now especially after reading the rest of these reviews, someone else will be getting my business in the future.
*Update: Received "pizza"... Rang doorbell although I input notes "Please do not ring door bell." Got it inside and pizza was lackluster at best. 1/10 of pepperonis as normal and jalapenos sprinkled on top after baking... Dominos, you've got my business...
Read moreYesterday I bought 2 large pizzas at this pizzeria and I was served by a white woman named Chris. She treated me very poorly. I greeted her good afternoon but she didn't answer. She was very despotic and rude to me. Very racist and threw the pizzas on the counter. Don't go shopping there. It's useless because you're paying for poor treatment because of their racism and rudeness. The manager or owner should review their employees' work more closely. And if you are kind and respectful, the least you would receive is equal treatment. After me, a white American woman arrived and I did greet her. When the pizza delivery person arrived they did not leave it at the door as stated they would. They were carrying it and were standing really close up to the door and the worst part is that they were not even wearing a mask. Even I wore a mask, to make sure the delivery person felt safe. I understand that essential workers need to be protected as well, so that’s why I wore my mask to simply open the door and to see the delivery person not wearing a mask during a pandemic was a great concern.
