How amazing to finding a fresh sandwich like this, right here in La Porte? I ordered the pimento and cheese large, sandwich only, fully dressed. The large is a “triple decker” with two layers of the filling.This was $8.61. The sandwich was a little runny- so I believe eating it right away made a difference in the taste. The taste of the lettuce, tomato, and pimento was fresh, simple, yummy goodness. I’m definitely coming back.

The Wednesday special Chicken Salad is moist juicy light on honey bread I’m very impressed and wanted a second sandwich for sure !10 stars I’d recommend anyone to try and prove me right !!!⭐️✨👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍

The best little sandwich and sub shop in La Porte. If you have a hunger pain and want to satisfy it with freshly made sandwiches then this your spot. They have it all Meatball Subs, BLT Sandwiches, Chicken Salad Sandwiches, Soups of The Day, Turkey, Ham, Po Boys, and so much more. Don’t miss it.

I was attending a recertification class at San Jacinto Martime College and was told to try the Colonial House right down the street. Well, I'm glad I did bcuz the food was delicious and I would recommend this place to anyone who isn't familiar with the area and doesn't have a long lunch break or time to sit down and order from a waiter at a restaurant.
