Terrible location, with lazy employees that literally refused to take an order. Only wanted to sell pre-made products, which they were specifically told I have an allergy to an ingredient in the already made spring rolls.

There were no customers, and she claimed that they were too busy to make anything. Came at 4:00pm, and they wouldn’t make anything. It’s ridiculous.

We even attempted to buy the spring rolls, because only one of us has the allergy (and was fine to go hungry or find another place to eat, though incredibly inconvenient) as well as a dessert from their fridge, and then the manager even denied selling those items because she pushed us to buy more, saying she didn’t want to sell using contactless payment under $10-which, post Covid, not many businesses require cash anymore. At that point, we were beyond frustrated with this old lady’s blatant rudeness, obvious laziness to do any work, and refusal to accept any business. Even AFTER the woman didn’t care about a stated food allergy, and denied taking a new order, we STILL tried to give them business, and because she was greedy AND didn’t want to work, we had to walk out.

This is not the way to succeed in business. DO NOT GO HERE, I guarantee you’ll find dozens of better Vietnamese restaurants close by, that actually give a damn about running a good business, and taking orders instead of refusing the way this...

pretty good cuisine, but the cafe is very dirty, literally everything is dirty. the toilet is always out of order (which actually works). but this service is only available to VIP clients. every time you ask the owner for the toilet code, she looks at you appraisingly, deciding whether you are worthy of washing your hands in her elite establishment. the owner is a very unpleasant woman, and every time she meets clients with a dissatisfied face. every time you make a purchase, you will feel uncomfortable. such people should not work with clients. I give a well-deserved rating of one only because of the arrogant behavior...

I come to this restaurant almost everyday for to go order, however, I asked for hot sauce for my orders, the cashier - Van who did not want to give me, I bought 3 orders to go, she only gave me one tiny container of hot sauce, when I requested two more (one for each order), she gave me very unhappy face. She was yelling with me and asked me to get out. she was very unprofessional, if she is not happy to work, she should stay home. This is the last time. I definitely not...
