Valley Super Burger — Restaurant in La Puente

Been going to Valley Burger for years. Food is delicious majority of the times (every so often, food is not up to par). The one (and biggest) issue I have coming here is the service. Particularly from the short Hispanic lady that always takes the orders. She is rude as hell, always seems to hate taking orders. Went yesterday, used the drive-thru and literally after every item I asked for she'd repeatedly ask "What?" or "How many did you say?" I should have taken that as a major red flag because I asked for a club sandwich with NO MAYO, as there is an egg allergy in my family and upon getting home and said family member checked their food, and low and behold, mayonnaise was added to the club sandwich. Upon calling to let them know, the rude as hell lady proceeded to say she didn't have it down as "no mayonnaise". Gave me so much attitude when I told her I clearly stated no mayonnaise, TWICE, for that specific reason of having an allergy and she proceeds to give more attitude before offering to have the order remade if I went back. Put up with this bad customer service for years. but this was the last straw. I will not be going back ever. Don't take out your agitated attitude because you and the cook made a costly mistake. Bugs aside the meat patty was paper thin, so you know it was a low quality, and they have a "B" Grade, should of known this place is worse than it looks.. I wish I would of came on here and read a review before going but just thought, hey i'll try this place I've never been.... GROOSSSSSSSSSSS !!!!!!

This place has been here it seems like forever. This neighborhood burger stand has breakfast plates, burgers, diner plates. Also your sides fries, onion rings and zucchini. A selection of sandwiches which are tasty. One of the ones we grab often is the pastrami chili cheese fries. The dine in area is closed. The outside tables are flipped over, so no seating. They have a small make shift drive thru. You can call your orders in. With a small staff and orders are made when ordered. So orders take a little long since they operate with a small staff (3-4). They are never overly crowded. So parking in the small lot is not a problem. The parking lines are not to visible in the old parking area. No restroom, they take cash, debit and...
