I am writing to share a very disappointing and distressing experience my family and I had during our recent stay at your hotel from June 19th.
We had booked a room for six people based on the listing and photos provided online. However, upon arrival, we discovered that the room was significantly different from what was advertised and could only accommodate five. Thankfully, the front desk staff member on duty was kind and understanding. She patiently helped resolve the issue and arranged for an additional room. We were grateful for her assistance, especially after a long and tiring journey.
Before we left the front desk that evening, she mentioned we could move to a larger room the next day if we preferred to stay together. We appreciated the offer but were too exhausted to make that decision at the time and simply left it open.
The following day, one of our relatives — a young college student who stayed behind to work on a major academic assignment that accounted for 70% of her grade — was alone in the room. She had injured her elbow the day before and was already under a great deal of physical and emotional stress. Around 2 PM, the front desk informed her that we needed to vacate and move. They offered to help her with the move, but since she was already physically struggling and emotionally overwhelmed due to her academic deadline, she did not make any immediate decision. Instead, she called me to explain the situation and ask for guidance.
I immediately called the front desk and explained our situation, requesting just a little more time until we could return — we were out with our kids who were in line for lunch at the time and were approximately an hour away. Despite clearly communicating that we were committed to moving and simply needed a brief extension, the manager refused. He threatened to remove our belongings and said he would involve law enforcement if we didn’t vacate immediately.
This was extremely alarming and inappropriate, especially with a young woman alone in the room. We dropped everything — even skipped lunch for our kids — and rushed back to the hotel. We arrived around 3:15 PM, only to be told that not only could we not move into the originally booked room, but we had already been checked out without our consent. The additional room we had been using was no longer available to us either.
This experience was deeply upsetting. Not only were we denied basic courtesy and compassion, but our family member was placed in an unsafe and intimidating situation that never should have happened. We are not asking for a refund — but we do ask that this issue be taken seriously, because no guest should ever be treated in this way. We hope our feedback will lead to better training and protocols so that future guests are treated with the dignity and respect...

My two-day stay was a disaster. The hotel itself isn't bad; the bed was comfortable and clean, But the management of the hotel itself is very amateur.
Over the past 6 years, we've stayed in Comfort Suites in many cities, including Seattle, Texas, and in the East. Most of them were decent, even impressive. But this "staff resort" really shocked us.definitely the first we encountered on our Lower 48 road trip.
Based on our experience, the staff were unprofessional and unhelpful. This wasn't a hotel, it was more of an "employee resort."
On our first day, we checked in around 3:00 PM, and cleaning supplies were piled up on both sides of our room door. They weren't cleaned up until we left at 3:30 PM.
At breakfast, With more than 30 minutes due before breakfast ended, the milk was empty and the checkout guests waited for more than 15 minutes before their coffee was refilled. (Although breakfast was busy, there were still plenty of staff on duty.)
We left the hotel at 11:00 AM, and the breakfast area was still dirty and untidy.
In the evening, the laundry dryer wouldn't work, and we went to the front desk for help. The staff on duty couldn't offer any suggestion. We had to carry our wet clothes back to our room.
We stayed two nights here, every evening there were people chatting loudly at tables in the hotel parking lot.
On the first day, them chatted in Spanish until 2:30 AM. The chatter was incredibly loud, with both men and women chatting.
The nightmare continued the second night, starting around 12 AM again, this time in English, with two women laughing and joking at...
Read moreMy room key didn't work so I had to go downstairs & have them issue me a new one, then that one didn't work, so when I went back down the man came up with me & tried to enter the room, after awhile I left & he said he will let me know when it was open. About 20 mins later he called me & said my room was ready, but I had already walked to the store, & borrowed money for baby food. It was a huge inconvenience, but I was just glad that he got the room open. So when we arrived a little bit after 2 a.m. another person who was working at the desk said that they couldn't get into the room, then he tried to go in with actual keys & couldn't get in. Everything was in the room my clothes, phone charger, & money. Finally they found a room for me but it only had one bed & one couch bed, So we had to squish into the second room, & I complained about both refrigerators being dirty but they didn't seem to care. When we woke up in the morning I went down to get breakfast & I needed to get yogurt because I can't eat solid food, & there was no yogurt, I've always stayed here so I know there's yogurt in the morning & there was nothing. So I went to the front desk & I asked if my room was open & she took me up & finally opened it , but that was at 10 a.m., by then our phones were dead, & I had a lot of stuff in my car that I needed to grab but couldn't. The man at the desk apologized & assured me that I wouldn't be charged for the night, & a free future stay but that never went...
