DO NOT BUY A PHONE HERE ! YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO RETURN IT. . . If something happens with your phone, like it did to mine, you can not return it. The "manager" tried to get me a insurance phone . . . But i would have to give MORE money to get it connected. Receipt or not, Under two weeks, Doesn't matter! I could not return it because it was an upgrade? I called "the manager" and I told her I wanted to return. She told me she could not give me full refund that I would know how much $$$ I would get back after going to the store and showing my receipt. She then called me 1 minute later to tell me that it's on the receipt. Scam real nicely set up ! Do yourself a favor and go...

Came in today for a simple transaction. I just wanted to purchase a sim card. I was told to go to Best Buy to purchase a phone and call customer service for a sim card. I called customer service and was told that the information was incorrect. I was misled and lied to by the full figured female associate. Customer service sold me a phone with an eSim for $55. The lady at the store wanted to charge me almost $200. Stay away from this location and always call customer service to verify what you are...

This place is a rip off . Went over to open a account. They advertis Free phone. After taxes and first month it was gonna be over $250. So I told the sales man the phone is not for free. He insisted that it was. He told me your paying $65 for the first month plus taxes and sims card. I told him this doesn't sound right. I came home and called Metro service center. And got ordered the same phone they where going to give me for free. All I paid was $ 65. Not $250. Be extremely careful they are...
