This was my first time at Louise’s Pantry and the first thing I noticed on their door is that they post a sign of a $0.50 up charge per egg. In my head, I’m thinking any additional order of eggs will be up charged. I received my meal with three eggs, not thinking anything of it, and then they charged me, my husband, and our friend each for all eggs that came WITH our meals. I asked the manager about the up charge as the eggs already came WITH the meal and he says that’s what the sign on the door says. I informed him that it should be advertised differently, Or offer meals with one egg and any extra is an additional charge. I’ve never ordered a breakfast meal and paid attention to how many eggs it comes with, what I get is what I get. But to find out after i ate that I was charged extra for what COMES WITH me meal that is already $21.99 I was surprised. The manager said I was nice enough that he would remove the up charge, then proceeded to go to the kitchen, which is exposed to the customers, and talk about me and my complaint and laugh in disbelief. Very unprofessional and my server didn’t even come back to give us our check, someone else did.
