This has to be the easiest purchase I've ever made! It has been almost 2 decades since I bought a new mattress, obviously I was overdue.

About a month ago I purchased a Caspar mattress with their 100 day trial.. Maybe Caspar is adored by millions.. But not this lady. Nope! Returned with no problem

Next I tried a Purple, like I said up above. Adored by millions.. But not for me.

Dear ol Krissy came to a epiphany.. Maybe I should just go to a mattress store, and jump, rattle on roll on anything I want.. Give it a cuddle.. Ya know. Besides my Son had purchased from them recently! He loved his mattress!

Upon arrival, a nice young man greeted us. His name was Tristan! Not sure if he was a sales associate, or the manager? He should be the manager... He knows his mattresses! Yes indeedy!

He listened to our needs,writing them down.. Gave us options to choose from. Features & pricing!

Within 30 minutes, we were out the door, with our order in hand.

During these crazy times of Covid 19, rest assured "Mattress Firm" is complying with sanitizing Standards.

Intial walk-in I was greeted by Holly. She was very nice and asked qualifying questions to better understand my sleeping habits. Do you sleep on your stomach? Side? Back? Who will be sleeping on the bed? One or two people? To better recommend a mattress that best suits my needs. Coming from a sales experience job I was very judgemental because I knew she was on commission like any other mattress retailer. Doesn't matter where you go. After testing out a few beds I found one I had researched and wanted to give it a try. The Tulo by Mattress Firm. Previously I went to Banner Mattress and the sales person didn't ask any qualifying questions or wasn't interested in pushing for the sale to earn my business. I didn't want them to be pushy but I wanted them to earn my business and my trust. I also checked out Mathis Brothers but was a lot happier with the DEAL I received from Mattress Firm. My sales experience was completed when Tristian (the manager) earned my trust and my business. I ended up purchasing the Tulo and will update if need be. Overall I'm satisfied with my purchase and their efforts. I hope you walk in and give them the opportunity to earn...

We purchased a Winward Luxury Firm Legends mattress a couple of months ago from Ron Silensky at the La Quinta store. Changing the mattress was a last chance step before scheduling back surgery; after two months on the new mattress my back pain is so reduced that I am no longer in need of surgery. The old "inflatable" mattress never let me sleep the whole night through and now I sleep a full night without tossing and turning and, more important, without pain.

Ron spent several hours with us on two separate visits to find a mattress that would make me feel comfortable. There was no pressure to buy a more expensive model, or specific brand. Ron accommodated pillows and even brought cold water as we gave long trial rests on different products.

The delivery was smooth and as promised, and Ron followed up to make sure we were happy and satisfied. As I am one of those pesky seniors who wants their money's worth, and this is a big purchase, it takes a lot to make me pleased. Ron and Mattress Firm came through. And, just in case you wonder, I got no discount or reward for writing this... I am just a "happy camper" who no longer needs...
