A disappointing experience to say the least. The lady in the dressing room was wonderful very and helpful while I was helping my brother pick out clothing for an event. I picked out a cute zippered clutch for myself. As I went to test to make sure the zipper worked the price tag (that was preventing the bag to zip) can off as I stood in line to purchase. I let the lady know at the register that this was the tag and I it came off to test the zipper. She rudely took the tag from me. Look several times at the bag and the price tag. I told her if she didn't believe me she could walk over the the handbag section and grab the matching bag for the price which she declined. She then proceeded to look up the sku on the computer not giving me any explanation why she didn't walk literally 5 steps away to get the bag. Long story short. It's really horrible to be treated like you changed the tags...at a store that's products are discounted!!! Part of working in a retail setting is knowing the product that is on the floor. Experiences like this are the reason why people shop online to avoid rude employees that have no desire to provide quality...

I was in the store today about to pay and overheard what sounded like a manager reprimanding an employee right there on the floor. It was uncomfortable as a customer, and I felt it was completely unprofessional to address employee issues so publicly. Everyone deserves respect, especially at work, and this kind of behavior impacts the atmosphere for customers too.
