I like their products, have been a member for a while and go there at least 3-4 times a week. However, these past 2 weeks the phones have not been working, I usually call ahead of time during my break at work, of which I’m only alloted 30 minutes, by the time I get there I only have 15 minutes left, giving me a 5 minute window to pay and get my drink, sometimes this takes more time depending on how busy they are. These past 2 weeks, every time I ca it goes straight to voicemail, no matter how many times I call or how much later I try again. Therefore it is extremely frustrating when I voice my concern with the workers and they are only able to tell me that they “don’t know what to tell me”, I will no longer be purchasing anything from you guys if this is the kind of customer service you represent yourselves with. I received an offer for buy one get one free (again see screenshot), I drove here only to be told that was a "typo" and they are not honoring it. There was no follow up notification apologizing for the mess up. I was turned away. Now will not come back to this place and they can keep all of my rewards. What a poor decision to waste my time, my has, my wear and tear, and lose ALL of my future business over less than $5. I bring my clients bowls from this place almost weekly. It blows my mind they would so this to anyone period not just a great customer. OLD REVIEW: I love this place, fast friendly service. Fresh ingredients and will make you pretty much anything you want if they have the ingredients. The pitaya bowl is amazing, so is the charcoal one during halloween time. Worth trying...
Read moreThe workers are rude, they don't greet you or read your order back to you. They seem bothered every time we come here as if we're(customer) are invading their space.
On top of that they get our order wrong and they charges extra for protein that we pay for that they most of the time forget to put in a bowl.
The fruit isn't fresh, the serving size is inconsistent, the presentation of the fruit topping is sloppy.
They've also raised their prices by 35% percent and you get less ingredients that aren't quality but spoiled.
I've seen a couple of times that the workers give free bowls to their friends and relatives and will make theirs first and make the paying customers wait.
It's beyond ridiculous, theres no management or quality control here. Save your time and money and go elsewhere. $35 for 2 REGULAR size acai bowls...
