Starbucks — Restaurant in La Quinta

I always order a venti caramel frappuccino, double blended with extra caramel drizzle on the inside of the cup, whipped cream, with sea salt on top. I got an awful single blended mess with no caramel drizzle and no salt on top but sea salt the bottom. I asked them to make a new one and I got looks of death from the baristas. I got the remade drink with NO writing on the cup and I had to walk the staff through how to make it. The store is filthy and the attitudes are...

I avoid all Starbucks on principle. Business meeting call there, so I went, if only to be reminded why I don't want to go ever again. It's great if you like paying exorbitant prices for coffee, but the following is sycophantic. I can't imagine eating food from these places. Only exception is maybe in an airport where all food looks like what you could by here and doesn't suffer...

I came here on the evening of 4/28/18, and ordered a matcha green tea latte (hot) with an extra scoop of matcha. The barista was extremely kind and helpful, and seemed to go over the top in the customer service area! I just didn't see a tip jar at all. I was gonna leave a tip, but instead I'll leave a good review! I wish I caught her name! I was in a bit of a hurry....
