Unfortunately I have to say that owners (Christians my understanding) n managers are not giving the right training to their staff.
Customer service is about gladly helping people and show compassion towards others, not just a “work to do”.
Yesterday 11-30-24 after spending 20 mints with my baby (infant) in the wrong cashier (I didn’t see the sign) at Hobby Lobby La Quinta, trying to return something, a woman name Michelle (I believe can’t remember now her name tag) told me that they couldn’t help me.
All I asked was to take me to the refund n return cashier and talk to the staff about my refund so I don’t have to do the long line again since not only my baby was tired and fussy for being so long in the store but also bcs I already did the line but in the wrong place and all she told me was that she couldn't help.
How about show compassion for people with babies that is a hassle get around n do things with them? How about training them and demand a real customer service?
It was very disappointing bcs I love the store and now I feel like is not worthy going there anymore.
I wasn’t trying to skip the line bcs I was and did my line already. My goal was to return the items without spending another 20/25 mints in another line so I could go feed my baby but not. It was too much to ask.
Thank you ladies for the bad customer service there in La Quinta location and for forgetting that we are humans and we may not read signs when you are handful with strollers, bags, items to return and babies at the same time.
It was easy to say “let me see what I can do for you” watching me struggle with my hungry infant and all of the bags etc.
Anyways. It keeps...
Read moreI don't have a Hobby Lobby in the same city.I live in out here in coachella valley desert of california. there are only two locations at twenty plus for one or more than that... miles away from me. it is very disappointing when you don't want to purchase some things online.Because they've already been shipped and gone through delivery services.Left and right? And you're not trying to collect baseball cards and have the possibility of them damaged upon delivery to your home. however these two locations of coachella valley ever have baseball cards stocked. I wish I was able to walk in and purchase baseball cards oh and bill currency protectors and not just 6 protectors at $3.99 each when I have well.over 4 dozen bills I'm now in possession of and not flimsy covers either I need a thicker higher quality type of protectors. Like come on Hobby Lobby get your...

Endless sales, whatever is coming in or going out or just in season. On sale. The good thing, is that there are sales. If you are a prudent shopper, why not.
They have a pretty good return policy. So there's that. The store is always clean and well stocked and they don't coupon...
