I went to Dunkinâ Donuts on Murfreesboro rd, La Vergne TN 37086 - spent over $20 and was very disappointed! First of all, the dining room is closed so I had to go through the drive-through. I ordered quite a bit of food, and the gentleman taking my order was extremely rude to me. He was rushing me and sighing every time I ordered more items. I kept apologizing because I felt like I was getting on his nerves - which is crazy!! Not to mention they were out of almost everything. I feel like they did not want to make some of the things as it was already 8:20 PM and they close at 9 PM. They were out of everything I asked for at first. So I had to ask for different things. And the whole time he was just saying and rushing me and talking in a super sarcastic voice.
I did not get a receipt. I am able to see how much I paid in the app, however none of the items are listed on there. I had them scan the QR code to link it to my app. I received my food at different times. And when they brought over the two (not) grilled sandwiches, I waited for the receipt. No one said have a nice night or there you go or thank you. There was literally no indication that the transaction was over. After sitting there for several minutes waiting for someone to notice I was still there and get my receipt, I drove off because I felt sorry for the car behind me. I did not want to hold them up any longer.
The two grilled sandwiches I received were NOT GRILLED AT ALL!! I took pictures for proof. The bread is barely warm, let alone grilled.
Additionally, I ordered a mocha espresso, three 10-count boxes of munchkins and a free donut for the Wednesday buy-a-drink-get-a-donut promo. So I had three munchkin boxes, plus the 2 (not grilled) sandwich boxes. And the only bag I received, was for the free doughnut. I even asked for a bag to put the five cardboard containers in; I wouldâve even been happy with multiple paper bags. And drive thru guy told me they did not have any kind of bag at all.
There was an older lady, possibly some sort of supervisor, who was within earshot and she never intervened or came to the window while I was waiting for the receipt. The gentleman who Brought the sandwiches to me, was not the drive thru from the speaker and cash register. He did not say a word either. He just handed them to me and walked away.
I will not return to this location, I was embarrassed by the way I was treated, throughout the entire experience. The people that work here have got to be the rudest and most immature and ignorant people that I have ever experienced at any of these franchises. I went yesterday 11/29 at 10:57 AM and the girl that is at the window is so extremely rude. Are these employees not allowed to speak and say hello and greet the customers that pay their bills? You have the nerve to ask for a tip, but can't open up your mouth to say Good Morning? Well here's a tip. It's disgusting how you all act when people come to the drive through. This was the second day in a row that this same younger girl was working in the drive through and I'm tired of it. I have had so many terrible experiences here, and I always come back because I just chaulk it up to maybe the people that work here are just having a bad day...but it occurred to me yesterday that I have never had this treatment at ANY OTHER DUNKIN. The people that work here are simply ignorant. Point Blank Period. They act as if they have never had customer service training a day in their lives. I hate to speak this way, but these people don't deserve jobs with the way they act towards customers. Not to mention them laughing and loudly cackling with each other telling personal stories on company time (at the drive through, by the way) instead of paying attention and doing your job. On a separate incident, I asked to speak to the manager because my order was wrong and I was overcharged. The cashier at the drive through told me that he was the manager which was extremely unbelievable because he looked like he was high and he was laughing the whole time. This place is terrible. You guys need to do better all the way around, when you have people that come to spend their hard earned money and give YOU A JOB. I'm not even a complainer, but this place is a joke and an embarrassment to the Dunkin Donuts franchise as a whole. Since the "manager" thinks it's so funny make jokes and laugh at customers, let's make things even funnier. The inflation in the country is a little too high to be over charged for coffee.    Read moreWe had an issue this morning with Donasia (774723) at the Lavergne Dunkin Donuts. There are two young African american females that stand at the window together (Donasia and one other young lady) and I am Always very surprised because Twice I have heard them Making fun of me and my minor daughter in regards to our hair and racial status (being a multi racial family) . I can hear their words and they don't realize we know they are laughing at us and mocking us. They have done this on three occasions but this morning they messed up our order because they were mocking us and laughing the whole Time. I am not sure what they think is so funny but I would love for a member if management to review the video footage from this morning:

I called back twice to speak to a manager and "Asia" advised me to speak to Kimberly about their behavior. It breaks my heart because they look like they have the ability to be professional. I'm just not sure why they are acting like pre-teens at an establishment of business.
Please direct me on how to make sure these employees are retrained on serving customers without mocking their hair and race.
We have come to this Dunkin for 7 years! I'm not sure why the quality of staff suddenly diminished .
