Terrible service. I ordered a pizza online and paid extra for a cheese sauce cup. They were out of cheese sauce but instead of contacting me to see if I would like a different sauce or a refund they just put 2 ranch cups in the box. When I called the first girl I spoke with offered me 50% off on the next pizza I order with them but unfortunately I am at a hotel and I live 3 hours away from this location. When I explained that I asked the lady if she could refund me she stated that she would have to cancel the whole order and ring it up again because she cannot do a partial refund but she was still not willing to actually do that refund then she proceeded to tell me that she just clocked in and had to deal with this issue. Another lady named Nicki was put on the phone and she also had an attitude and said if it was the 75 cents we wanted back she will refund that When we said yes we would like a refund she said she will have the driver bring my 75 cents to me. I know they think it’s just 75 cents but it was actually the way the workers handled the situation. I hope none of them are the manager because this location is run very poorly. Well to end this off the driver finally arrived to bring my 75 cents and of course the change he brought was 3 dimes, 3 nickels, 29 pennies. Read moreAmanda called and harassed my wife calling her 4 times in a row, after my wife let her know how unsatisfied she was with her customer service and waiting over a hour and a half for a delivery that hadn’t even been made yet. Not only did Amanda call and harass my wife, she left a voicemail, after the first call my wife didn’t answer, calling my wife entitled among other things because she wasn’t happy with how their conversation went. Then after Amanda blew my wife’s phone up 3 more times my wife answered only to have Amanda hang up on her. With all of that being said my wife is pregnant and was craving Papa Johns so since she wasn’t able to eat their pizza before work she wanted it for dinner, so we ordered online for pick up hoping we wouldn’t have the same issue but sure enough we arrived a hour after placing the order and they essentially waited until we got there to make the pizza and cook it so we had to wait an additional 20 minutes or so after we arrived only to get a undercooked pizza with the worst ingredients I’ve ever tasted. Read moreIt was Spirit Night for our kids' school, so I know they were swamped. I placed an order around noon for a 5 pm delivery. Received notification around 5 that our pizza was on the way. After about 20 minutes, it hadn't arrived, so I checked the tracker, said it said eta was 5:23. About 15 minutes later, I called the store. Was told to call back in 10-15 minutes if it still hadn't arrived because it had to be sent out via Door Dash since they didn't have drivers.
I did call back 15 minutes later and got on the road. I believe I spoke to the manager at that time. He said they would remake the order and I told him I was on my way to pick it up. He was very apologetic. After I arrived, I did hear him say something on the phone about having 6 deliveries and no delivery drivers. He apologized again when my pizza was ready. While I was at the store, the original order arrived at the house, an hour after it was supposed to, and was obviously cold. I am giving 5 stars because the manager was doing all he could.
