Myself, my husband, & my brother enjoyed going to Hooters because we enjoyed their wings. We decided to go there to eat Easter Sunday. BIG MISTAKE!! There were a few guys sitting at the bar, 2 couples walked in behind us. There were people in the kitchen, only 1 waitress, 1 bartender. The 1 waitress seated us at a booth by the windows saying someone would be with us to take our order. A few minutes later another waitress came to our table. She was definitely NOT HAPPY 😕 being at work that Easter Sunday. She took our drink orders. Came back with drinks, then took our food orders. She decided to let us know why she was not happy to be hear. She had 2 little ones at home who didn't have an Easter because their mom had to work, she requested the day off because she has children but people who don't have children got it off.🤷♀️ The food arrived and all of our wings looked like they had been made ahead of time, the sauce was just sitting on top. It wasn't even baked into the chicken wing. They were dry, over cooked. The best part of the 3 items we ordered were the fries, then the soda & last the wings. Horrible. I went to wash my hands in the ladies room. OMGosh!! There was paper everywhere. Disgusting. I went back to the table. We were trying to figure out our bills. 2 people on 1 bill, one person on the other bill. We could not believe our eyes. Our 2 person bill was $52.60 😳 We each had a soda $3.19, fries $4.99, 10 wings $15.49(two 30.98) w/tax is $52.60 before the tip. 1 person bill was $37.27. Soda $3.19, fries $4.99, 20 wings $26.49 w/tax before tip $37.27. The total on both bills was $89.87 + $18 tip = $107. 🙄 I would have preferred Texas Roadhouse. Two people ate there 1week ago before 5p. Our bill was $24.35 + $5 tip. I had a 6oz sirloin steak. The 3 of us said that was our last time at Hooters. In fact, we think they will price themselves out...
Read moreMy recent visit to Hooters Restaurant left much to be desired, primarily due to the disappointing level of service. Upon arrival, the ambiance seemed lively, but the initial impression quickly faded as we encountered numerous issues throughout our meal.
Firstly, the waitstaff appeared disinterested and inattentive. It took an unusually long time to be seated, despite the restaurant not being particularly busy. Once seated, our server seemed rushed and failed to provide a welcoming atmosphere. Orders were mixed up, and basic requests for condiments or refills were repeatedly forgotten or delayed.
The food itself was mediocre at best. The menu boasted a variety of options, but the quality did not match the expectation set by the promotional images. The dishes arrived lukewarm, lacking in flavor, and some items seemed hastily prepared.
Additionally, the overall cleanliness of the restaurant left much to be desired. Tables were not promptly cleared, and the dining area appeared unkempt, which detracted from the dining experience.
While the concept of Hooters promises a fun and casual dining experience, the reality fell short due to the lack of attention to detail and poor service standards. For a restaurant that prides itself on customer satisfaction, this visit left me with a sense of disappointment and a reluctance to return...
Read moreWe went in to the establishment because Osaka was closed from 2-430. We were greeted and set. Maybe only 2 other tables and a couple of people at the bar. The server came to us and we ordered our drinks and appetizer. We also decided what we wanted to eat after receiving our drinks which took a bit to reach our table, but there was one server so it was understandable. Our server came back and let us know that the system had went down and would be a second for the order to go in. After maybe 15 minutes she came and asked if we wanted certain items on our sliders and went back to put the order in for a second time. A couple other tables came in and were set and received their drinks and other appetizers promptly while I still waited on my order. Our serve came back and notified my table that the order was submitted 3 times but did now send to the kitchen. By this time we had been waiting 45 minutes on an appetizers and wings. No manager came to the table to apologize or try to make the mistake right but I noticed he walked by several times. After this unfortunate visit, my guest and I will not be returning to this establishment because of the service we received. Not only were we not acknowledged, but we felt unwanted and not...
