Taco Bell — Restaurant in La Vista

Well the dining room closed at 10pm and my vehicle was to tall to pass through the drive thru I'm from out of state and so I walked up to the window as I also used to work in fast food tho its usually not permitted its something most managers come to understand as okay though it can be dangerous I stood in my sandles in short gym shorts with small pockets on my phone while their were customers in line at any given moment while the window was open the cashier could've asked me why I was outside had I had a complain about my food it would be typical to understand that maybe something was wrong with my order instead the cashier laughed at me and ignored me Instead of having the initiative to see what was wrong, so I just asked someone politely if they could order for me and they did but i dont understand why u cant just help me and why I have to bother someone else many people are willing to help so it just proves that the drive thru system is a broken system I desperately wanted a smoothie from mcdonalds which was right next to taco bell but their was no one pulling up so I went to taco bell and ordered a chalupa box where they made an amazing soft taco and a terrible chalupa the chalupa had less meat then my taco and the cinnamon chips are awful I don't know how or why taco bell thinks putting overly powdered cinnamon in a box with tacos is gonna taste good it just fuses the flavors and leaves an awkward taste but if u enjoy cinnamon then I guess it's ok but I find it odd why not offer me another taco as the 5 dollar box is somewhat unsatisfying but I love tacos from taco bell I just think their taco combos are overpriced its 7$ for 3 tacos and a drink? As poor as the quality and freshness is with fast food restaurants I dont think its worth it, I've worked their my self so I know how it operates.

IN SHORT SIMPLE WORDS, the staff at that given time 12pmish lacked professionalism, basic common courtesy and attention to detail. Humans aren't perfect I don't blame them but let's a dd a push button at the intercom so people can walk thru the drive thru and cameras, if someone wants to rob a taco bell their gonna rob it not allowing people walk thru is lost of buisness and not changing...

We ordered food at this location today at 1:23 p.m. and felt disciplined for not ordering food a specific way. Please know exactly what you want before you place your order and don’t alter your order in any way unless you want to get corrected. We ordered a big box that came with two hard tacos. After we ordered the drink to go with it and two additional items, we asked if they could substitute the hard tacos in the big box for soft tacos. The lady taking out order said yes. Immediately after the manager Mike pipes up and said they would appreciate it if we could ask for substitutes immediately after ordering each ítem because they had already made the hard tacos. We ended up asking them to leave the two hard tacos in the big box and simply add two soft tacos to our order. We did not feel like the customers at this point as we were trying to please them.

It was not necessarily what the manager said but how he said it. It was really rude. I hope this is the first and last time I ever have to deal with this type of customer service. I go to Taco Bell weekly but it will be many months before I return to this place again. Had this been my first Taco Bell experience, it would have been my last Taco Bell...

I came her with two of my friends just to get a quick snack. We walk in and weren’t greeted, instead we get told when you’re ready order at the kiosk. Well hello to you. Okay sassy rude lady. Anyway, I’m bad at technology and what if I had cash.... so I’m standing the having to bother my friend for help, mean while a guy walks up to the counter and gets helped by the manager. I’m just thinking wow! Thanks. So we get our orders in and we walk up to the counter and we’re waiting for our cups. It took a while and got ignored by the workers. Finally the lady on the drive threw gave us our cups. So we get our drink and sit down. The rude lady calls us for our food and didn’t mention to my friend that she has two trays, so she’s looking for her phone trying to get her recipe when I told her maybe the other tray is hers. It was. So anyway, we all get our food and I ordered a steak quesadilla and there wasn’t much steak at all. I would have gone and asked them for more but at this point the lobby was full of other neglected customers. This was the worst experience I’ve had at this Taco Bell. Idk if I...
