Everytime I come in here the workers are so disgustingly nasty and act like they can’t be bothered. Came in on Mother’s Day and when I told the girl working with brown hair and blue braces what I wanted she not only rolled her eyes but sighed right infront of my face like it was the most annoying thing ever. Absolutely rude and unprofessional. Then my sundaes weren’t even all made right I got 4 of the same and she only put the toppings on two of them. Read moreGrew up going to Ralph’s so it’s a favorite & there’s always nostalgia points — that means I’ve been to a Ralph’s wherever I can find them. This is my 2nd time at this location, there’s always a line of some sort, and service is particularly slow. Totally can deal with that. This is also the second time I’ve gotten pints or quarts of ice to take home that haven’t been full— that part I can’t deal with. You don’t expect a container to be loosely scooped to where it’s not full, gaps in the container between the ice and just empty pockets because it was scooped but not pressed down nor is that what you’re paying for....
Read moreVisited yesterday for Mother’s Day. It was crowded as I expected it to be but the girls behind the counter busted their butts and moved the line quickly and efficiently. They are always so pleasant whenever I come in. They smile and I am greeted as soon as i walk in the door. They have the best spumoni in the area. Being from Brooklyn it’s as close as it gets to the being back home!! They always offer me to sample something if it’s new and I have not tried it before. It’s always a pleasure going in there.
