I just went in for two cups of ice that I was willing to pay for. And the two girls were being rude and to me not being professional. As soon as I came in the blonde head girl was whispering to the dark brown hair girl that was at the Cash register about me getting ice. The girl at the cash register kept asking was I going to buy something else. I told her no just ice. The other girl got my ice and came to the cash register and said are you getting anything else. I said no just ice. I waited at the cash register just to pay but she said I didn’t have to. As soon as I started to leave, the blonde head girl shouted out that the cups of ice is 25 cent each. Again I was willing to pay when I was at the cash register waiting after I grab my two cups of ice. I don’t go there often for cups of ice so I didn’t understand the issue. Read moreWe go to this Emerald City 3-5 times a week and the night shift girls (red hair and short blonde hair) are so incredibly rude. When someone else walks in they jump to help them but at soon as my sister and I go up to the counter they’re busy doing something else and don’t acknowledge us or say they will be right there. It’s not like they’re both making smoothies, one will be helping multiple people then we walk up to the counter and she walks away and starts putting blenders away?? There was one incident where there was 1 customer and then us, in the whole store and they both followed him around the counter talking to him and ignored us for a good...

Upon walking in, I noticed my friend and I were the only customers in the shop. There were four employees behind the counter, none of whom acknowledged our presence. No greeting, no offer to take my order—just blank stares and indifference or talking amongst each other. I stood there, awkwardly waiting for someone to assist me, but it became painfully clear that customer service is no longer a priority here.
This level of neglect is unacceptable, especially when the shop isn’t busy. I left feeling unwelcome and disappointed.
2 stars because the smoothie wasn’t bad and I really used to like coming here and talking with the people working after...
