We're from out of town. It wasn't busy, just me & my kids ordering. First they messed up the gluten free giant but remade it and did it right. Which I ordered a turkey & provolone Mike's way. Initially he put mayo on it and added ham, then he was just removing the ham at first and replacing the bun with mayo, then his coworker advised him to remake the entire thing. Which I was okay with. Then the other sandwich was supposed to be the Kahuna on WHITE bread. And as I said we're from out of town, staying overnight in town. So I put my inside the fridge to save for later. Well it's later now, and I reheated it, opened the wrapper and it was made wrong too! I got some other bread with cheese on it and some kind of herbs. So I'm going to try to call tomorrow while we're still here and see if they'll be nice enough to make it right. Because I didn't eat the sandwich. I'm kinda upset but then again mistakes happen. Another customer had came in after us and they messed up his sandwich order too, so she had to fix it. I dunno if they were just overwhelmed or what. But I'm hoping when I call tomorrow that they'll remake...
Read moreI work nearby you guys in Hawks prairie and last Friday I came in (side note your facility is always very clean and that's very important to me as a customer) for lunch. I was having one of those Fridays where things just weren't going so well and I was trying not to let the stress get to me so I wanted to get a nice meal for myself. Well as all bad days go my card got declined at checkout and I couldn't access my bank's mobile app to fix my issue. I had no other form of payment I was already 15 min into my 30 min lunch and was really trying to not become unglued. But thanks to the assistant manager (tall light skinned really pretty woman) who came in and paid for my lunch. Who freaking does that??? Read moreI've only been in twice (yesterday and today) and by far the best customer service I've experiencedin a long time. I don't remember the lady that helped me yesterday but she was extremely nice and today Cierra helped me and she's pretty great! It's nice to go in somewhere where the employees seem happy and love their jobs. They acknowledge you, have amazing and fun conversations with you and you leave smiling. It's seems like a rarity anymore to have a good experience in a food establishment, everyone seems so unhappy. The subs taste amazing, I don't know what else to say other than that, ha..
