NEVER ORDER ONLINE POPEYES. I’m serious unless you want to be so disappointed. Tell me why my order was 70 dollars and literally missing something from every single meal. My kids Mac and cheese meal had the largest ball of crusty cheese in it, literally took up a fourth of the cup with this crusty old cheese ball, ordered it with fries and an apple juice and instead of fries and my drink they gave me two applesauces???? Like I see what you’re trying to do here Popeyes but why don’t you explain to two hungry 6 year olds why there are no fries or drink in their meal?! I mean seriously then I order the wings, just save your money and don’t. They were literally rolling around in the bag making EVERYTHING SAUCY. Like I know yall knew that container was broken when you put it in there because it did not latch, yall are just lazy!!! And hey I get it you make minimum wage and that sucks but what the heck does that have to do with me?! If you hate your job find a new one!!! Personally when I spend my hard earned 70 dollars to feed me and my guests I expect AT LEAST THE BARE MINIMUM. I’m not expecting a 5 star meal here dude because I know yall work fast food but seriously just because I order online and can’t quality check it in person doesn’t give you the excuse to absolutely lazy like this is pure laziness!!! The one wing container that did last I open up and its wings with literally what looks like someone just squirted sauce on them blindfolded, literally disgusting looks like something I’d get banned on here for saying. Not to mention you have 2 chicken nugget meals and 2 wing orders and there is NO SAUCE AS REQUESTED. No sauce?! Read moreFood is decent but they have the WORST customer service. Most of the employees there seem to be very young and it doesn't ever seen like there's a manger on duty. I guess if there is they're also young and cannot control their staff.
When we ate in store before Covid. Employees were leaving the counter while it was busy to talk to their friends who I assume also worked there but were off. When it was finally our turn to order the employee behind the registration sighed and yawned wide open so I could see in their mouth then sighed again. Didn't asked if I was ready or needed help, just looked at me. I had to ask if she was ready for me to order. With another sigh they said "yeah".
Our most recent trip was through the drive thru and their customer service may be worse in the drive thru. We asked if we could order tenders without a meal since the menu doesn't have it listed. The employee just responded with "yup".....didn't say how many, how much it was etc. So we said we'd like to order just tenders and they asked "how many". We said 6, and they said sorry we can't do 6 it only comes as a 3 piece or 7 piece....well then you probably should have said that from the start.
While waiting at the window one of the employees was putting a big Popeye's paper bag which I assume was for an order on her head and rubbing it all over behind her back. Doesn't seem very appropriate especially during a pandemic.
Also we got one random biscuit in our order which was an unexpected surprise but on further inspection it had a weird gray/green spot on it (didn't look like mold) so we threw it away incase it had been tampered with as we didn't order it.

Read moreOrdered from here on 5/12/2024, using Uber eats for a mother's day dinner. Once it arrived at my house I opened it and did not receive all of our food that was ordered. Tried to call them to see what we could do about getting the rest of our food. Of course, they don't answer the phone. Drove all the way to the restaurant to see a lot of workers in there, so there should have been no reason that the phone was not answered, or that all the food wasn't in there. Let them know that I was coming in from ordering on Uber and didn't get all my food. The manager on shift was very nonchalant about it and just asked which ones were missing. After barely letting me speak to tell her which ones, she then says oh okay I'll go get those for you, and then proceeds to bring me ones that had been sitting around and are soggy now. No attempt to really make it right or even seem apologetic for this mistake on their end. Didn't offer to remake any of the food that clearly is cold now because we had to drive all the way over after already waiting almost an hour for it to be delivered to us. Then ask for a higher managers number and they said they can't give it to me, then asked for corporates and they say they don't know it or have it in the store, then when you look it up online and try to call it it says it cannot be completed as dialed. On all ends of this business they go out of their way to make sure they don't have to fix any mistakes they make or be held accountable for them, or to even make sure their employees are actually doing the jobs they are paid to do in the first place....
