Aroma Joe's Laconia #16 — Restaurant in Laconia

I've never normally had an issue ever with the Union Ave aroma Joe's they've always been pretty speedy pretty competent and pretty thorough with anything that I've ever ordered there in so long I can't even remember the last time I went there and said anything different than what I do every time and nine times out of 10 everybody uses their head and can kind of decipher what to do because I go there and I say hey I want a 32 oz iced coffee or 32 oz frojo and put whatever you want in it just nothing fruity or I say something along the lines of anything that you would drink and think would taste good or I say something like put something spicy and exotic in it. Now most people would use their heads iced coffee because it's something that they would drink and enjoy I went there earlier this afternoon it's July 21st 2025 and I ordered the same exact way that I order every single time with every single person I pull up to the window and me I also tip there usually the rest of whatever the bill I gave them was I gave it to them because they always give me exceptional service except for todayI don't know who in their right mind would order a frojo with caramel or mocha or anything in it with a dash of habanero in it. Now don't get me wrong I guess when I say put something spicy and exotic in it that could be misinterpreted by someone that has an English barrier I'm almost certain that every single person in that store could understand English very very very very very well and work very capable of making me a drink that I paid for and not only did they make me the drink with the habanero in it they gave me a 24-oz made the same exact way so here I am thinking oh they played a little joke on me and they put habanero in the 32 oz the one I actually paid for and then gave me a smaller size that's actually made regular but nope it had habanero and it also. If I was the shift leader or the manager I would be so appalled and disappointed and the staff that I am working with and trained because unless someone can sit here and tell me who would in their right mind willingly and consciously order habanero in their frojo then I refuse to believe that this is anything other than laziness and just pure ignorance. I thoroughly appreciate the fact that I had to throw away a drink I paid for because your staff either like to play a super funny joke or they literally purposely didn't understand the English words I...

they will make your order incorrectly and then refuse to fix it because they “can’t charge for” the thing you asked for separately from the food / drink order.

I have met the owner before and she is very kind and accommodating and I know she wouldn’t want her business being represented the way it just was, so I am hoping she sees this!

if they mess up your order they should do everything possible to fix the issue, rather than catch attitudes, refuse to fix THEIR mistake, and basically tell you to pound sand. if I was you I would drive up to the one across from the belknap plaza, used to love this spot but the new employees have left a bad taste in my mouth,...

Normally I would give them 5 stars but today was absolutely horrible. We got to the window and were ignored while the two girls working were more worried about gossiping. The woman who took our order barely paid attention to what I was saying and got our coffees completely wrong and on top of that it tastes burnt. I also ordered 2 bagels and they were over cooked to the point that when I bit into it, it was hard as a rock! I won't be going here for a while after today!

And on top of all this...since when does 2 large coffees and 2 bagels cost almost 17 dollars!! ABSOLUTELY...
