Ordered a new electric reclining couch and loveseat. Loveseat motor wasn't working. When we called, we were told the model was discontinued and they could fix the motor but couldn't replace the loveseat. I wasn't about to accept a brand new, broken piece of furniture that I paid good, hard earned money for. The manager offered me the floor model. First- why was there even a floor model on an item that was discontinued?? Second- I practically had to beg for him to reduce the price since it was a floor model that had been sat in who knows how many times. In my mind, that exempts it from being a new couch. He reduced it 10%. I had no choice but to accept because it was discontinued. It already took 3 months to even get them, so I was backed into a corner. I won't ever step foot in that brand new store again. We are doing a lot of remodeling, so they lose our big time. Helpful hint...Ask about the status of the model you buy before buying it. You may end up with a junk piece of furniture that is no longer being manufactured, but...

Go to any other furniture store in town. I bought what I thought was a whole set (rugs, tables, lamps, etc) except for the love seat. Paid for delivery. They told me everything was going to be 4-6 weeks out. It took 8 weeks. No one called me to let me know it was running longer than I was told. The. The delivery truck arrived and they didn’t have the coffee table. It wasn’t on my receipt so I called the store and spoke with the salesman. He said he remembered the order and simply forgot to ring it in with the other items. Now I’m waiting another month on the coffee table so I will have almost 3 months to get our living room back together. They wouldn’t sell me the display so I could get this done. I had an amazing experience shopping for new furniture. Our sales Rep Cat was super sweet and a joy to work with. She was well knowledgeable on the different varieties of products your company has to offer. When I was looking for the things I was needing. She helped me find all the things that made my living space a much better place to be in. By the way our cats love the new sectional. As you can see in the pictures i sent. She showed me some things that I wanted too. Lol So needless to say the inside of my house wasn't the only thing that got a face-lift. My back patio did too. Thank you Cat for making shopping...
