My husband and I recently had the pleasure of shopping at American rentals in Lafayette Indiana, and we can’t say enough good things about our experience!

From the moment we walked through the door, We were greeted by the friendly and knowledgeable store Manager, Shannon, who made us feel welcome. She took the time to understand our needs and preferences, guiding us through their impressive selection of furniture. Whatever furniture you need, American rentals has it all!

What stood out to me was the variety of options available, catering to different styles and budgets. We appreciated that they had both contemporary and traditional pieces, allowing us to find exactly what we were looking for. The quality of the furniture is outstanding, and the prices are incredibly reasonable for what you get.

Shannon and Farrah made the renting process straightforward and hassle-free. They explained all the terms clearly, ensuring we understood our options without any pressure. We also loved the flexibility of the rent-to-own plan, which made it much easier for us to budget and acquire the furniture we wanted without the burden of a larger upfront cost.

The delivery guys was prompt, they delivered and pulled up to our home the same time we did, talk about quick delivery! The whole team was professional and courteous. They set everything up perfectly and even offered helpful tips on maintaining the furniture.

I for one find this place a mess. The guy was helping someone else, so he rambled out so quick rehearsed line about some club and where to find prices and 120 same as cash. Then said go kick the tires and I'll be with you in a bit.. so I took a slow stroll and looked at what I came to find. Let me tell you, It was disgusting. Half the furniture if if was cloth looked like they had never been cleaned coming back from someone else's house. I understand this is a rto but come on, you can't say you tried to clean it with an upholstery cleaner! I'm to afraid to even sit on half of the beds or furniture because zi don't know if they have bugs.. I hope that they will then this place around and care more about the items they are...
