Arby's — Restaurant in Lafayette

I wanted to update my review because the Lafayette Arby's that faces Veteran's Memorial Parkway is SO awesome. Temple is the name of the employee who ALWAYS provides me with fast, friendly, and thorough service. I often use coupons or order the specials, and he takes the time to make sure I know all my options to lower my overall price. I appreciate his kindness, and I love that this Arby's always gives me fresh, hot, and delicious food. I know that NOT ALL Arby's are this amazing.

The man who took my order and handed me my food provides AWESOME service. He was also friendly and interacted in a personal way. It made my ordering and wait for my made-to-order food more pleasant. On August 30th my wife went through the drive thru around 10:15 pm. They first swiped her card for $11.97 which was not our order so he voided it and swiped again for $14.74 the next day (Saturday) my wife noticed both amounts was deducted from our account. Went in that day to talk to manager and had receipts and bank app on phone. She told my wife that she couldn't fix the problem till Monday when district manager comes in.
