Normally dress scandalous everything was fine was even allowed to use the girls restroom happened like 8 month ago but got kicked out for what I was told the weekend for wearing a thong under my skirt ig other customers complained or they told me they received multiple complaints of my ass out when a thong is underwear? They had someone pull me to the side and say I had to leave for the weekend I said I understood grabbed my things (mind you I’m very popular, known and liked don’t cause issues in bars and known multiple workers) I then called one of the security cards outside to finish talking or get his side of the situation that’s when Tristian comes out antagonizes the situation asks me do we have a problem I said you know what it’s about he said I can’t be flashing my dick around there’s a dress code I asked him if there was a website or something I can read so that I can follow or know I’m in dress code he said he was the rules and I said simply I can’t read him and he got mad and said if I kept it up I would be permanently banned and I said I left when you asked me to and have a different side and still got banned. I also don’t like the fact that this establishment will see my outfit when I walk in and then 3-4 hours later throughout the night now I’m being kicked out for my outfit? That’s something that should be checked day the door in my opinion other than that cool spot just feel like punishments or whatever is taken too harshly especially...
Read moreBlind Pig in Lafayette is the definition of controlled chaos. It’s a wild mix of college students looking to cut loose and townies who have been holding it down for years. The dynamic is something to behold—I’ve seen absolute battles go down there. Not real fights (well, sometimes), but metaphorical wars of energy, bad decisions, and questionable dance moves.
The crowd is always unpredictable. One moment, you’re vibing with friends over cheap drinks; the next, you’re watching a college kid in his prime leave with a townie who looks like she’s seen a few too many rough nights. It’s an odd but fascinating ecosystem where, for a few hours, social norms seem to blur under the dim bar lights and heavy pour drinks.
By the end of the night, Blind Pig becomes a judgment-free zone. If someone is looking for a good time with a townie who might be a few points below their league—but never wants to talk about that night again—they just might find what they’re looking for. It’s that kind of place.
And before you leave? You better smoke at least a few cigarettes. Not because you need to—but because, after a night at Blind Pig, it just feels right.
Is it the best bar in town? Depends on your definition of “best.” But if you’re looking for an unpredictable, borderline absurd night out, Blind Pig never...
Read moreRegrettably, one of our favorite spots in town has been ruined by one unprofessional and unethical employee. A large group of us visit multiple times a week, and typically have a great time. However, this time, we experienced a significant issue. Our friend was charged double on the bill (the special did not ring up), no big deal. When I kindly asked the waitress (a woman with bright green hair) to rectify the error on the bill, her response was impolite and she adamantly stated she would not void the incorrect charge. I asked again for her to correct it so that I did not have to dispute the difference. She became irrate and kicked me out. I went to get my purse from the table so I could leave, she stormed over and began shouting in my face, that the whole table needed to leave immediately and that we were never allowed back. I have never experienced such unprofessionalism. It is truly disheartening that the conduct of one employee has tarnished this place for our entire...
