Wish I could give less than one star. This is usually the only 24 hour fast food place down ambassador caffery, so I come here often. Every single time I have been here in the last 3 years (well over 50 times), I have been asked to pull into the parking lot to wait for my food. I normally order a kids meal and a 10ct. Nugget meal, so it is never a lot to warrant waiting as long as they make you wait in the parking lot. I just ordered my usual, they gave me my drinks, then asked me to wait in the parking lot for my food. Took a sip of what was supposed to be a coke while I was waiting, and was surprised to find that it was root beer. When the lady came out to bring me my food, I told her that they got my drink order wrong. She was sipping on her own drink that she brought out with her (very unprofessional) and told me that I probably received a Vanilla Coke instead of a regular coke and just stared at me as if I had ordered a Vanilla Coke instead of a regular coke and stared at me as if there was no issue with it. I informed her that it definitely was not a Vanilla Coke, and that I ordered a regular coke and would like the drink that I ordered and paid for. She reluctantly said ok and slowly walked to the door, fumbled with her keys for a good 5 minutes acting as if she could not get back into the restaurant or as if she was intoxicated, disappeared into the restaurant, and 15 minutes later still has not returned (there is no one inside of the restaurant, and there is no other cars in the drive-thru). Read moreMy boyfriend and I visited the establishment on 9/7 around 1am. I want to start this off by saying I have worked in fast food for quite some time and worked late nights such as this one. I can confidently say I have never treated a guest like this no matter the hour! If I could give negative stars I would, the women over the speaker was extremely hostile. She cut us off mid sentence multiple times as if we were taking too long for her(there was one car if front of us and no one behind)we asked for a milkshake and the ice cream machine was down at the time which I understand is not her fault. But when we asked if they had soft serve (ice cream cones) she repeated in an annoyed monotone “the machine is down!” How hard would it have been to explain that it was not two different machines but the same one? (I know some places have different machines because a shake and ice cream may have a different consistency) after that I felt like the food wasn’t worth the disrespect and we decided to leave I was appalled and we left wishing we had recorded the interaction and wondering what we could have done to deserve to be treated so poorly for needing 30 extra seconds to decide what we wanted. To the women in the speaker: I hope you have a better night in the future and hope you get through whatever you are going through🙏🏾! Read moreWe were going back to pearl river La.thats 137 miles Went thru drive-thru ordered 2 for $5 original chic sandwich 1 plain and other light mayonnaise extra lettuce but I got 1 plain and 1 with so much mustard it wall over the paper it was wrapped in went back to window girl was very rude to me and said to me you ordered it like this and you got 2 ice cream cones but I didn't so she took the sandwich and they just wipe mustard off the sandwich and put lettuce on it and wrap it in same paper it was horrible I was so upset 😡 I couldn't go back because it wouldn't have been nice and she refused to give me my receipt I ask for the manager and she said the manager wasn't there this was the worst burger king I have ever been to I hope that this is the right one it had a dollar tree in the shopping center behind it they have 2 stores close together it wasn't the one next to the interstate I would not recommend going to...
