Had an app issue with my delivery address, it was auto filling my old address instead of my new one (even though my old one was deleted and only had my new one saved). The store manager at the store the order was erroneously sent to had to cancel my order and referred me to this one, who's delivery range my current address is in and explain the situation. After getting a hold of the store manager at this location, I explained the situation to him. He gave me some smarmy line about how I need to make sure that the app has the right address before I submit my order (even though it's supposed to autofill with your saved address, of which I only had one). I was already incredibly frustrated as I just lost the points I redeemed for a free pizza as part of my order and knew I wouldn't get them back for however long it takes dominos to refund those points. The store manager was wholly unsympathetic and largely unhelpful. I was already agitated but the way he handled the situation and myself as a customer left me feeling antagonized...
Read moreSo this is an isolated incident. Want to make that clear. We order from this Domino's for delivery maybe every 2 months. No issues, food great, fast delivery. So this is only about today. Ordered a pizza for delivery at about 12:30pm. Text said driver was on her way. No problem. Now my GF placed the order online and said that she only had a $50 bill. The driver arrived, did not have change for the $50 bill. Her solution was to take the food back to the store to get change. Then she returned to our house 5-10 min later only to say she did not have change. She asked if we had another way to pay. We asked about a card. She said we'd have to call the store and to all that. No way. So, I scrounged around the house and found enough cash to cover the bill. So, we finally got to eat about 20-25 min after she originally arrived at our house. C'mon people. So the delivery driver calls me stating he’s at my house and has been knocking and asks why I haven’t come to the door (even though he can see the order says to leave it at the door). I explain he is in fact not at my house and attempt to give him directions to my house. I ended up having to go outside and walk to the end of the driveway to wave him down where even though I have selected the no contact option I now have to take the order from the guy. Order ends up being something other than what I ordered and I called the store for a refund. Manager who says he’s worked at Dominos for over 10 years has the worst customer service ever. I explain what I ordered vs what I got and he blames the IT department at HQ Domino’s for not accurately describing and listing the ingredients and there is nothing he can do and I should contact them instead because this is a franchise store.
