Ordered a large, a medium, and a chocolate lava cake. They brought the pizza by really fast, but forgot the cake. An hour after notifying them of the cake, I call back and they said they brought it by, and that they "refuse to give me any more lava cakes than they've already brought by" and laughed at me all the while. So I decided to get into my vehicle and drive all the way over at midnight, the supervisor on shift refused to give me a refund and stated that, "when the delivery driver gets back you two can hash it out between yourselves and it'll be simple, if she says she brought it to you then there's nothing I can do, but if she states that you aren't the person she brought it to, then we'll give you refund." So after waiting an hour and a half for her to get back from a delivery, she bee lines for the back of the restaurant, they huddle together for a few minutes, then comes up front to tell me that she brought them to me and that I shouldn't be lying to them when it's her career on the line. I really just don't understand what in the hell goes on at this facility they laugh, belittle, lie and treat you like trash. The lava cakes were really only 5 dollars and didn't give a da*n about them in the first place, I just didn't appreciate being treated like I did. So left after about half an hour of that farce, got home and called the Dominoes on Greenbush to see what I can do. After barely even getting into my story the lady on the other line interrupts to ask me if the woman who stole from me and lied about it was named "Flannery" sure enough it was who she was. And then proceeded to tell me that Flannery did that numerous times when working with them. Nothing was every done by the Dominoes on Creasy Lane to rectify what was done to me, but not only did the Dominoes on Greenbush try and help me out, they also made sure to get me in store credit to at least not lose me as a Dominoes customer. Now instead of getting delivery from Creasy Lane, I drive all the way to the one on Greenbush for their outstanding service. Don't don't don't go to Creasy Lane Dominoes, please just go anywhere...
Read moreI order Dominos for their pasta more than anything else. Tonight, I did that because I am getting ready for a trip and didn't want to make a mess in the kitchen before I leave. I ordered two items, and while my delivery driver was very nice, he only showed up with one of them. He said he'd go back and get the second item. It's been almost an hour now, and when I called the store earlier I was told he hadn't made it back to the store but that I'd get my item eventually. He just showed up - an hour after my first item was delivered. He was very nice, but I'm disappointed overall with how the whole experience went. Firstly, the item was on the order from the moment it was placed, so it shouldn't have been left behind, but mistakes happen. Perhaps it would have felt like there was more a sense of customer care if this had been a second food item and not a drink, but I feel like I just waited an hour for this and every dominos in the city is less than three miles from my home, so it's still kind of upsetting.

Read moreOver the weekend I ordered a pizza and a sprite. The pizza was simply just ok but the kicker for me was I didn't get my sprite. I reported on the app and got a free pizza for the mistake with the sprite. Today I figured I'd cash in the free pizza and there was one guy working behind the counter doing everything. This guy is dominos pizza!!! Best pizza I ever got from dominos EVER made quickly and perfect. 12/4/23 between 2 and 3pm whoever that guy was give him a raise dominos you need that guy and more people like him working ur stores!!! Don't play the game of what u can and can't do give him a GOOD I can live comfortably on this raise and keep him as long as u can he definatly deserves its for the hard work and sacrifices he makes for your store and your company. I worked food management long enough to know what good customer service is and what a good employee is and that guy has got it. If I had 10 employees like him in today's lazy self entitled world I would of never left the food buissness. Thank you to the employee for what you do and I hope to get another pizza made by you in my near future.
