Warning — not allergy safe, or vegan friendly. Based on previous reviews, I expected a smoothie and health food place. The store is essentially selling Herbalife products with a huge up charge to “prepare” them for you. I had a scoop of vegan protein powder with a scoop of greens added and it came to $12. For those two mixed in a glass of ice water! Perhaps the options are better if you consume whey protein, but I was told they don’t have any fresh fruits or vegetables or other fresh ingredients there so it is not what one one would expect when ordering a smoothie. I’d also advise extreme caution for anyone with allergens… The soy protein base has dairy in it. And the veggie powder has wheat grass… A clear allergy to anyone who is sensitive, or allergic to gluten. I feel bad writing a negative review, since the woman who helped me, was very nice. But I feel like it’s really important for people to know what they are going to get here, especially if you are looking for vegan or healthy options.

Love this place! Welcoming atmosphere, knowledgeable and friendly staff, delicious shakes - my favorite was the Strawberry cheesecake and it came with a protein mini donut :) Delicious and kept me highly energized and feeling great throughout my day. They also provide teas and coffee which was waayy better than Starbucks! Has been my go to place for post workout drinks.

Ashley is AMAZING! She came into where I worked and I asked her if she worked at the Crossing Nutrition, she told me yes and offered to bring me and all of my coworkers some free samples and coupons! The drinks are delicious! Definitely a “must visit” small business. Thank you Ashley! 🥰

I really wanted to like this place. The drink itself tasted good, but $13 for a shake/iced coffee is way too expensive. The owners are also very friendly but the huge red flag for me is they are an Herbalife distributor, but they are not upfront about that. It wasn't until I purchased my drink that I saw they sell Herbalife and I assume they put it in their drinks? I firmly believe that MLM businesses are predatory, and I do not want to support them with my business, even if their distributors are nice people. The owner also said that their "donut shot" is meant to target fat loss in the belly area- spot fat reduction is a myth and I think statements like that show negligence and are aimed at preying on people's...
