I had a really negative experience here last night. When I walked in with my son, it was clearly busy. Ten or so people were waiting for their to go orders and when we got to the register, I asked the employee what the wait for food was. She said it was 15-20 minutes. We decided to go ahead and wait. I sat down and then noticed about 15 minutes later that people who were in line after us were being served before us. I went up and asked them to check my ticket, she said it was coming right out.I waited another 5 minutes and nothing. I saw a dish sitting on a tray and kept my eye on it because I assumed it was mine. We waited another 5 minutes and I went back up to the counter and again was told it was coming right out. It finally did. I had ordered extra sauce which always comes on the side and that I paid an extra $1 for. The server said she didn't know if they put extra sauce on it and that it doesn't come on the side. When I started eating it, the food was lukewarm at best. I went back up to the counter and asked for the extra sauce that clearly wasn't put on the noodles to warm them up. I then waited another 5 minutes and it never came out. WTH?? I ended up taking my food home and warming it up in the microwave. This was the worst experience I have EVER had at Noodles. I frequent the establishment, but not sure I will go back. I do understand that 'being in the weeds' is a part of service, but the lack of consideration for those of us waiting to be served and then serving mediocre food, ignoring the customer, and not serving what was paid for is unacceptable. Read moreOK, so I placed an order on their website for the store in Lafayette Colorado… Noodles and Company did an excellent job as always… The staff is cordial and the manager on duty I believe it’s Mitzi… I wasn’t sure what the name was. Please forgive me for not getting it right… But the fact is I had an order That took over an hour and a half to get from DoorDash. DoorDash customer service was basically useless. I called them when my order was an hour late and they said that the driver has been told but he’s not answering his phone. I said OK who’s gonna bring my food? And she said she did not know and just that I would be receiving it. She then told me that I had to contact noodles and Company because I ordered it from their website. I said but yeah it’s your driver that late… She said no there’s nothing I can do you have to talk to them. Needless to say, I talk to the manager at noodles and Company and she promised to make things right. But she did tell me that they knew the order was sitting there on the counter for at least 45 minutes before the DoorDash driver got it. So just think about that next time you order DoorDash… Especially if they screw up because they are not going to give you Jack squat for something that is clearly their fault. Read moreI made a to-go order via the online app and made sure, prior to ordering, to check what time the store closes, it said 9pm. The online order said it would be ready at 8:15pm. When I arrived at the store it was 8:25pm. I tried to open the door and it was locked. There were people dining in the restaurant and a lady cleaning the tables directly in front of the door. I tried to open the other door and it, too, was locked. I knocked on the window and door and the lady cleaning the tables blatantly ignored me. Finally I was let into the store by another patron who had just picked up their order. When I came to the counter the lady who was cleaning the table came to the register. I asked her if she knew the doors were locked and she replied "I didn't know that!" and did nothing. Then the manager behind her said, "Yeah they're locked, we're closing soon." Which if soon is 30min and 30min of any business, dine-in or carry-out, isn't valuable, then I guess I'll bring my money somewhere else. But other employees went to check the door and asked why it was locked and the manager proceeded to say it was fine. There were other people parking and walking up to the store when I left too.
