🤦very disappointed messed up on a 11x12 anniversary cake.. yellow cake mix was ordered and the young lady used white cake mix ...messing up for everyone.....some people were upset because a white cake was never ordered in 18yrs of our business to them here @kellers bakery in youngsville.......not sure if we spoke to owner there(a man) spoke rude as hell saying we were not gonna get anything from them after spending $200.00 in one month with them on cakes.......very bad business and liars too.....since the black lady has retired ......nothing taste the same and their attitudes stink (bad for business) the black retiree has never ever made a mistake in 17 yrs of her taking my order of cakes and she has made every last one of em.......".I PAID A $100.00 A CAKE AND I DIDNT EVEN GET AN APOLOGY FOR THIER SCREW UP"called for owner on yesterday w/no return call from her...

THIS CAKE WAS SO BEAUTIFUL I DID NOT WANT TO EAT IT.

THEN I TOOK A BITE AND WAS GLAD I SNAPPED A PHOTO FIRST.

OMG, IT WAS SO FRESH, PERFECT, AND RIGHT ON TIME.

THANK YOU GUYS FOR SUCH AN AMAZING JOB. MY DAUGHTER WAS HAPPY AND EVERYONE LOVED THE CAKE.

THE STAFF HERE DESERVE CREDIT. THEY ARE VERY ATTENTIVE TO ALL CUSTOMERS. THEY GREET EVERYONE THAT WALKS THROUGH THE DOOR, REGARDLESS IF THEY ARE CURRENTLY ASSISTING A CUSTOMER.

IF YOU ARE NOT SURE ABOUT WHAT YOU WANT, THEY ARE VERY GOOD AT PROBING AND MAKING SURE YOU GET WHAT YOU NEED.

IF THEY GIVE YOU A TIME TO PICKUP, BET YOUR BOTTOM DOLLAR IT WILL BE READY AND NOT LATER!!! By the way, it always smells so lovely inside. Smells like cake batter or fresh pies out the oven. Enjoyable experience with each viist.

Called to make a cake order. I was left on hold for 10 minutes. I called back and informed the saleswoman that I had been holding for 10 minutes to make a order. She stated that she was really busy that they are only 2 of the and that they came back to the phone twice and no one said anything. This was upsetting to me because I'm actually at my desk at work and the phone was on speaker so that I would not miss her when she back on. Worst customer service ever.
