The Bulldog — Restaurant in Lafayette

My family and I have gone to The Bulldog on 4 different occasions. We sat at the end of the bar each time and the service is horrible. The bartender took our orders brought out drinks and forgot about us. The kitchen brought out the crawfish. We waved we spoke out for more drinks and was told they were busy and would come when they could. I walked over to the register to get the bartender attention and watched as they attended everyone around me. A nother customer walked up and they offered to take his order. While I haven't really did a night of heavy drinking at the Bulldog since college, it's still a good time there. But, things have changed. With the new owners, they're really pushing some fantastic crawfish, along with other great food. My friends and I tend to go get crawfish every week or two during the season. It's some of the best in town. And the best part, it's spicy! Too many local places don't make it spicy enough, even if you order it extra spicy. Not the Bulldog. If you ask for it extra spicy, you're gonna get it.

Recently lost my wallet here, was originally told it wasn’t even there only to find out from a friend that it actually was. Go to pick it up and my wallet was completely empty, all my items from my wallet were scattered throughout the lost and found box meaning somebody had to go through it and empty it all out. I called the manager to tell him about this invasion of privacy and he could not care less and was trying to get me off the phone as soon as possible. Glad to know things get handled...
