This McDonald's never seems to improve! Not sure why the corporate office hasn't done anything to improve this very poor running store. I have stayed away from this location for most of the years I have lived in Lafayette Indiana (1995) is when I first made the big mistake of choosing to eat here. I have gone back on different occasions to eat something from this location and to no avail each time I give them another chance they NEVER GET BETTER! I GIVE UP AND WONT BE BACK TO THIS WORTHLESS PLACE EVER AGAIN. I have heard others complain about how miserable their experiences have been and I blame the local employees but I also hold the Management of McDonald's corporate for letting this go on for as many years as it has been happening! The things going on at this store are from getting wrong orders, poor quality of food, not having product that is on the menu the list is to long to add everything. Please don't even try to fix this store just shut your doors have and lock all the doors forever so no one get ripped off from this dive ever again! Read moreOn April 29, 2025, at approximately 6:15 a.m., I entered the drive-thru with the intention of purchasing three sausage egg McGriddles, a sausage biscuit, and a medium latte. I chose the far lane and patiently waited as the customer in the inner lane placed their order. After several minutes of silence, I began to suspect that there may have been a staffing issue.
When another vehicle pulled into the near lane and received prompt service, it became clear that the outer lane was malfunctioning. I decided to circle the building and switch to the near lane, where I still had two vehicles ahead of me. However, as I approached the intercom, a truck in the outer lane was immediately taken care of. This level of service is unacceptable.

Read moreI wish there was a way to give this location 0 stars. They need to either shut down the lobby and solely focus on door dash or realize that actual customers still come into the lobby. I just waited over an hour for 2 sausage McMuffins. There was a lobby full of actual customers waiting on our food 21 people still left waiting when I left. People asked for refunds but the general manager refused to leave the cook line to offer those refunds and we were told by the cashier "oh well wait" the whole time we are watching them hand out door dash orders and door dash drivers come and go. I swear the same guy 5 different times in that hour picking up door dash orders. It's ridiculous. You all need to get your service in check and stop worrying about them online orders so much because y'all about to lose our on all kinds of profit treating people the way you dom absolutely...
