McDonald's — Restaurant in Lafayette

If I needed one word... HORRIBLE. The only positive I can give it, the restaurant was clean.

So we walk in and my husband needed to go to the restroom and I saw the new kiosks, so off to try the new McDonalds feature. Was a little different but was interesting to do. Simple order 1 Coke, 1 Coffee w/chocolate, 1 set of nuggets and 1 mcgriddle trio... This is easy right??? NOPE. So lady comes over checks our receipt to see what drinks were. Comes back with cup for Coke... Okay coffee must come with meal .. right? Meal comes with nuggets and mcgriddle... Umm.. Sir we were supposed to have a coffee.. oh it will be out in a moment. My nuggets looks like they had been flattened and were actually brown (not their light golden color) and were so dry. I know they had been sitting under a heat lamp for who knows how long. Mcgriddle trio was good he said but 1/2 way through the sandwich he said screw it and went to go get his coffee. Three people walked by or around him as he stood there several minutes (enough time I finished my nuggets) then finally the guy who said they be would be bringing out his coffee said, are you still waiting on coffee. He was like yes. So coffee had, food being eaten, we just watch people around us.

Person after person told they have to use the kiosk to do their orders because it will be quicker. I pitied As this old couple looks in horror at this machine. She asks if they need help ordering and then proceed to assist them. Many people were frustrated just trying to make their orders. I'm not against new things but maybe something as simple as a sign at the registers letting them know the kiosks are...

Stopped by here at approximately 6pm. Our order was simple—2 McFlurries, 3 sundaes and a kid’s meal. it took approximately 14 minutes for this order to be completed. The workers were unprofessional to say the least. Despite the long wait I said thank you and the worker did not respond at all. When I noticed an add-on wasn’t on the sundae, I asked and was then told “oh we’re out of those”. That’s something the worker should have told me since the add on had a cost; I told him that we had add pms on the sundae and he said we don’t have any M&Ms. Im like really, why didn’t you say anything, you’re just going to ignore the fact I paid for add ons smh. We used the restroom and there wasn’t any tissue inside. There weren’t any napkins in the lobby. The weirdo worker with the glasses, slim build, mix match sox, with braids, was very rude. He handed me my ice cream and as he handed it to me there was ice cream running down the side of the cup. I still said thank you. He rolled his eyes at me. They were so rude omg. The management is horrible. The place is dirty inside and the customer service is a negative zero. Good thing we were just passing through but I wouldn’t ever come to this place again. I will be contacting corporate as well. I wish I could give this place all...

Employee with the red brownish hair was rude. She didn’t greet me at all. She just gave me my items and close the window. My order was wrong. The manger with the golds in her mouth was RUDER than the employee. I asked for the manger because the girl was telling me a pack of cookies was “1.44 plus tax” I wanted the whole total so I could purchase the pack of cookies they didnt ring up. She didn’t come to the window , she had the employee hold the window open while she standing a mile away yelling “WHATS WRONG.” The manger herself told me the cookies was “1.44 plus taxs” she also told me “you just bought a pack of cookies you don’t know how much they is” . So I asked her for my receipt and she was being sassy and rude not wanting to give me my receipt. She told me I was being difficult and was holding up her line. She tried to make me pull up and wait for it , when she finally gave me my receipt she started yelling out the store window “that’s why you didn’t get you cookies” The manger is the bright, heavy weight lady with the golds in her mouth. Clearly she don’t know how to be a manger...
