I am about to do something I very rarely do and that is give a harsh review. It’s been a while since I have ordered from Pizza Hut. The Pizza Hut experiences I remember from years ago were always very consistent experiences. Not the case with this Lafayette Louisiana franchise I, sadly, ended up placing my delivery order with. I’m going to blame the franchisee on the first couple of unsatisfactory remarks. First they had no diet soda and no non-caffeinated drinks. Second, the manager on duty 4/2/24 may have scammed the on-line app. My order was placed at 4pm, with an estimated delivery time to my hotel of 25-35 minutes. When it showed “Out for Delivery” with an estimated 12 minutes, things were looking good. After about 15 minutes, I received an update that my food was delivered - at 11:34am. (I placed my order at 4pm.) No food anywhere to be found. I received a call shortly thereafter saying they had no root beer and no diet soft drinks. Then, the employee who called me advised that there was only one delivery driver and my food was leaving now. It’s close to 5pm at this time.
The quality of the food was horrendous. My personal pan pizza had very sparse toppings on it. My fettuccine pasta was tipped over in the bag and the sauce was all over the bag and the box. The order did not include any napkins. The soft drink that they did deliver was not cold.

Read moreI called to cancel an order place because I placed it to a closer location with less traffic. My call was routed(I didn’t know at the time to the call center). I’m assuming sometimes the store picks up and sometimes the call center, it’s a coin toss. I explain to the representative what happen and that I needed to cancel this store order. My payment method was cash, so I could have not cancel the order and just picked it up at the location I needed. I didn’t want to have them make a pizza without someone picking it up. The wrong order was cancel and I didn’t find out until arriving at the location. I call many numbers to get over to the call center and explain their mistake and now the inconvenience of me driving across time with heavy traffic to pick up the order that was supposed to be cancel. The call center I’m assuming by the accent is located in India(known for scammers). After that interaction now I’m receiving scam emails sent to my email associated with the Pizza Hut account. Read moreTerrible experience 2 twice in a row. First time I ordered an hour and a half went by before they called and told me my order cancelled. My payment went through and I did not get refunded. My order tonight went through, received an email that it was sent out for delivery (I only live 10-15 mins away), an hour went by with no answer. Called the store and sat on hold while they figured out what was going on, she told me it just went out for delivery when it’s been out for almost 2 hours.
