Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen — Restaurant in Lafayette

Either this company need to invest in properly training it's employees or just be a restaurant location run by robots. And I understand everyone need income but at least learn how to earn it! There is no way you should have people in there with long dreadlocks with no hair nets on, got the men coming out of the restroom drying their hands with their apron...why are the employees in the BATHROOM WITH COOKING APRONS ON??? You have ppl at the drive through relaying wait time, "it's gone be a 12 minute wait, you want it or not"🧐 and a manager in training that don't even know what the restaurant sells on the menu is crazy then use the excuse "this not my store". It's a way you do business and I usually don't complain but this location has to get it together. Im not a fan of any of the locations in the Lafayette area and the only reason I go there is because of my daughters love for the wings but as I told her, if she wants that nasty chicken from there she has to be the one to endure the bad customer service and wait time to get. Never go to this Popeye's, I went through the drive through 1 hour before they closed. I ordered 4 piece mix, 2 breast, 2 legs, large mash potato with a large sweet tea. I want to start off my saying that when I ordered the large mash that they said all they have is a small and they where not going to make more for just one person. I let that go and just got the small, when i got my food the woman took my card and when she gave it back she practically threw it in my car. As I was putting my card back in my wallet she told me.can you grab your food as she was holding it out the window. I got my food and drink and when I pulled up into a parking spot to check it. I tried the sweet tea and it was completely sour, and the chicken and mash was cold, I went back through and told them about it and they said they wasn't going to make more sweet tea and I couldn't get a refund for it. So, I really must be addicted to Popeyes, else I wouldn't continue going there; the problem is, they keep messing up the order. We always get the spicy chicken tenders, which are fantastic, especially with Mardi Gras mustard; but when you get home, and the tenders are MILD, I just feel deflated. And to put one into a true state of vacuum: no sauces in the bag. None. Zero. Ugh. It doesn't happen just the once; it's a bit. I'm not counting, but it's greater than two out of every 5 times.
