The young lady who was working the register at 10pm tonight and her coworkers should be fired. I show up to the drive thru all friendly and ask for a minute. After 30 seconds she says in a disrespectful tone, "you said you needed a minute?" Feeling pressured, I begin to order a box and a burrito. She says they don't have the grilled cheese box. I can barely hear her over the family reunion that is taking place in the background. I hear, "hey, I haven't seen you in so long!" while the lady at the register is mumbling at me. Eventually she mentions another box that is available so I choose that one. It pops up on the screen, normal. Finally, my total goes from $21 to $9. I say, "that's not right, is it?". She says, "yes it is". I say, "I thought that the box was included in the order." She says no, so I figure out what else I can get. The noise on the other end is loud the entire time. It sounds like a party is going on. As I'm thinking for maybe 10-15 seconds, she says loud and mean, "well now you have a line." There was one or two cars behind me that had just pulled up. The whole time I'm shocked by how I'm being treated and I've been there for maybe 3 minutes at the most. Not wanting to fight anymore I told her that I am going to leave. Not only does she start talking about me to her partying coworkers, one of her coworkers yells to the point where my ears hurt, "THAT'S GOOD!" (meaning she was glad that I was leaving). As I'm driving off I realize that the box combos were most likely available the entire time and no one wanted to cook them. Everything showed up on the screen as it should. Read moreOrdered an extremely simple order a $2.99 order of beef nachos and a large mountain dew, when I got too the window I asked the two black female employees too make my order with no ranch sauce, they took the food back said ok and agreed, told me it was being remade and a couple seconds later handed me a bag with the same food with ranch sauce on it, didn't realize until I got too work with it so I called them and requested a manager and the male on the phone identified as a manager but refused to give me his name as I requested for when I returned for refund I could tell them who authorized it but with no name I'll have to talk to them all over again, HORRIBLE UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE, EXTREMELY SIMPLE MATTER COULD HAVE BEEN EASILY AND WAAY BETTER HANDLED. THOSE SPECIFIC WORKERS ON THAT NIGHT SHIFT OPERATE LIKE IDIOTS AND IM NEVER GOING BACK...

I ordered a 7 layer burrito with a few modifications. (I’m allergic to dairy and do not eat meat). The 7 layer (which does not come with meat in the first place) came with meat, cheese, and was all in all just the wrong kind of burrito. I tell them very politely and even apologize for being a bother. They argue with me that a 7 layer is made like that. So, they pull it up on the menu and read me what comes in it (beans, lettuce, cheese, sour cream, guacamole, rice, tomato). They remake it. It still comes wrong. At this point, it’s just a waste of food. I ask to just get my money back. The manager comes up with an attitude which got even stronger when I repeated that I just wanted my money back.
