I didn't choose 5 stars because the young lady that served my food too me appeared to be in an upset mood about something. I didn't question her; instead gave her a few dollars tip. Maybe I came at the wrong time or the moment the young lady was having a bad day. Her attitude did show thru her body language/facial expression & the negative ability to provide excellent customer service. The food I ordered was excellent. The atmosphere seemed okay other than the young lady being upset. I don't know if it has anything to do with her job or a matter from home. All I can say is, when dealing with the general public, please leave your personal life, feelings, & emotions at the door upon arriving to your job. I come here regularly, as I work in the area. The past few times I have come, I have had the worse experience. I use online ordering every time, and I am left at the stall. Use the intercom to check see if theres any issues, and always get the same your order is coming. Last time, I had to place a second order, to get anyone to bring me anything. When asked about 1st drink, the carhop argued that it he only picked up that drink and not the original. Ive had my food given to someone else, to have to pull around and get anyones attention and still have them remake the order wrong. Even today, sat for 20 minutes, waiting for a single drink. Contacted support several times, still have yet to recieve any kind of help on these matters. Refunds that are promised go unfulfilles. Im done with this place. It makes no sense you're shut down before 9:30pm on a Saturday. We ordered drinks at your location on June 28, 2025. The order was processed and we were going to get them, come to find out the entire store was closed. This was a waste of our gas and our time. We are getting a refund from the app and we are contacting corporate. All of the sonic locations in Lafayette are trash and poorly managed. The pinhook location going towards Broussard is absolutely disgusting. The Kaliste Saloom location is no better. And now this location wants to shut down early. I have grown up getting sonic from the Monroe area since I was little. I was so disappointed in the quality of food and service from lafayette.
