New Orleans Original Daiquiris — Restaurant in Lafayette

Me and my girlfriend had a horrible experience today. First of all we walked in and they girl looked upset from jump. I was making a (dang what's wrong with her) face and my gf commented on my face. So I asked her what was wrong with her and she started getting sassy saying my gf was already talking about her. My gf proceeded to tell her that she was commenting on my face and not talking about hers. She just had an all around attitude and is lucky I'm not the person I used to be because she wouldn't have liked that at all. The so called manager the dude was saying that she just had a rough day. I mean everyone has bad days at work but to act like that in the first place was ridiculous so that was no excuse. Evidently yall need to be better staffed or whatever. They will not be getting my business again and I hope corporate can do something about it. Which I will be calling in the morning. I never got her name but she has long blonde hair and had a pink shirt on, works at the ambassador cafferey and Johnston location and was in there today at like 5:00 hopefully other people get better service from her than I did. Initially gave this place 5 stars but after the experience I just had I don’t believe I will ever come here again!

An employee with waist length brown hair was taking our the trash and wanted me to back my car into traffic to avoid going through the drive through because the drive through was closed.

She was very rude in in her “asking” she TOLD me! When I asked if the inside was open she gave more attitude. I felt as if I wasn’t welcomed and just drove off. (I’ve never felt so unwelcome in a public place)

I visit this location often for a drink and pool game and often suggest it as a place for friends to hang out while in Lafayette. NEVER again!

I have been to this location twice a both times i did not take any alcohol in my jello shot and im comparing them to the new Orleans original daiquiri thats in lake charles. The drinks in Lafayette take alot different then the lake charles location and so do the jello shot. As a franchise there should be a recipe book to follow at all locations.
