One of the women there is as sweet as pie. However, the other is very rude to say the least. I went there on a Wednesday (50% off day) and purchased a chair. The chair was originally $100 but had been marked down to $25. Therefore, by it being Wednesday, it made it $12.50. When it came time to checkout, the lady looked at me & my friend then looked at the tag then asked us if it was marked down by a worker or did we do it. I told her that that's what was written on the tag, that we brought it straight to her. However, she still continued to look at us like we were lying and had just stolen something. Even after I had paid, she still was very rude and not nice at all. I have been going there for years. But whoever that lady was, just made it my last time going and referring...

I used to love wandering through this store! Was sorely disappointed this last visit! Still all kinds of neat donations but they seem to be getting greedy! With all their products beginning as donations the markup is getting out of control! A lot of the pricing is just as much as you would pay in a regular retail store. Sadly I wont be returning anytime soon.-

07/22/22 Went back for another dose. They have signs saying 50% off entire store. Sounds good right? Except for the the original prices look to be more like in store brand new pricing. Still don't get it...donations...marked up to retail store pricing! No changes...at least none to draw in new customers or keep old ones ...

I used to love this store. Now I feel like I'm bothering people when I shop here someone has an attitude every time. Pricing is horrible. They lookup prices online and try to stay a little under I mean a little under. These items are donated so merchandise is used, not well maintained, literally items that people threw away. Also meant to help community and plant by repurposing products. They do great in their volunteer and housing programs but I wonder how much of my money goes to the salary of board of directors then building low income housing. If I want home depot pricing I will just go to home depot. If you want friendly don't think you will...
