Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in LaGrange

I’m upset because there isn’t negative stars. When they first opened it was decent at best. It’s the staff that is horrific here. I’ve been here 4-5 times, because it’s close and decent pizza. The workers are always rude and at times disrespectful. Tonight was the worst and why I’m writing in. I was verbally abused and nearly assaulted by 3 members of their staff. When I came in I asked for the pretzel bread pizza and was told they don’t offer that, it was advertised on the overhead,. I then asked for a 3 meat thin crust and was rudely told they can’t make that because they were about to close. It was 8:24 when I place the order. They close at 9:00. I then asked “what can I get?” The counter person told me that deep dish is ok an regular crust is fine. I asked about the 2 packs of wings that were visible in the carry out oven. She said I could get those as well. So, I ordered wings and 2 pizzas. Since this was NOT the first time I received attitude from their customer service rep, I decided to take pictures of the menu showing pretzel crust pizza, and my surroundings. I was immediately approached by someone in the back are and confronted on taking pictures. I felt as if he was trying to start a physical conflict and told him I was free to take any pictures I wanted. He starred me down for a few minutes then went to the back to cut and box my order. At one point, he walked out of sight with my pizza. When he brought it to the counter, he dropped it and glared at me. The cashier then told me that they would have to refund the wings that I ordered ( that were still visible in the case) because they didn’t have any left. I then asked for an entire refund because I truly didn’t trust the integrity of the food at this point. Especially, since it was out of my sight for a moment. The cashier did give me attitude about the refund and I explained my reservations. After I looked over the receipt to make sure there was a credit, I walked towards the exit. At this time, the man from the back came out front and mouthed several profanities at me. He starred me down as I walked to my vehicle and made several gestures at me. I have a call in to corporate and plan to share my photos. There is no reason to be abused like this at any restaurant or food service...

RUDE!!!! first let me say customer service is highly recommended I placed my order with the girl upfront she said it would be 15 minutes on the wait well that's was a bunch of bull more like 30 min we sat there and looked at our order in the warmer that's when the girl came from the back and ask have we gotten our food fast forward we get the food and go figure it's wrong so I take it back in there was a guy at the front counter I told him it was wrong he stated that I looked right really so I had to bust the pizza open to show him so they take my food to the back to get remade there playing having a good old time I'm waiting again so I ask one of the managers from the store what was going on she went to the back to get the manager when I talked to the manager she stated she was sorry that there going to get in trouble for a bad review so at this point I was done got my money back and left I will never suggest that anyone visit this new location they are rude and play entirely to much jp gas station y'all have to do better with the...

HORRIBLE... You're better off just going to the location on commerce Ave, you'll get better service there. It says this location closes at 9pm every night, but multiple times I've been to this location well before 9pm and it was closed, but the employees were inside. About 2 weeks ago it was just after 7:50pm on a Saturday night, I called in to place an order and no one answered. I thought ''okay I don't live far, so I'll just drive there and order inside". Got there just after 8pm and I noticed the lights were off, but there were employees inside, so I went to pull on the door and it was locked. There were also other customers coming, only to see that they were closed early. Last time I checked 8pm wasn't 9pm. And like I said before, this isn't the first time that I visited and seen they were closed well before 9pm with employees still inside.
