Burger King — Restaurant in LaGrange

Went to the store this morning (6/1/2022) and ordered the Cheesy bacon, egg, and cheese melt. Well it had 2 pieces of cold texas toast, the cheese wasn't melted and the sandwich was cold! I took the sandwich back in the store and showed it to the manager and the cashier -- the manager asked me "what do you want to do?" I told her I wanted a hot sandwich as shown in the photo because the bread is toasted in the picture BK advertise and a "MELT" sandwich is always hot! Then proceeded to tell me that the bread was toasted - I asked her to show me how white bread is toasted; then I asked for my money back!! The cashier came up and asked what was going on -- the manager had the audacity to tell her "She wants the sandwich to look just like the picture"?? I thought that was so rude and disrespectful -- I didn't think to take a picture of the sandwich before I returned it, BUT BUYERS BEWARE IF YOU ORDER A CHEESY MELT SANDWICH AND THE BREAD IS NOT TOASTED AND THE CHEESE ID NOT MELTED -- IT'S NOT A CHEESY MELT!! I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THAT STORE AGAIN!! THE MANAGER NEEDS PEOPLE TRAINING AND THE STAFF NEEDS TRAINING ON PREPARING THE FOOD!!! HOW CAN YOU ADVERTISE A "HOT CHEESY MELT SANDWICH AND IT COME BACK COLD WHITE BREAD AND COLD CHEESE?? PLUS THE SANDWICH COST $4.05 ($3.79 + TAX)!! Ordered a bacon egg and cheese biscuit combo large sized and a jr breakfast burrito. Got a completely wrong order 2 sausage egg and cheese biscuits and 3 small hash browns. I took it back in and was greeted by a man sweeping (he was very nice) and then I stood at the counter for about 5 minutes before anyone came and helped me, it ended up being the man sweeping because nobody behind the counter would acknowledge me even though several made eye contact but never spoke a word. The nice man who was sweeping told a woman who I think her name was Charleen and just just grabbed the wrong order from him and didn’t say anything. He kept asking her do you know what she actually ordered and after a few minutes she finally said sorry but never got my correct order. Some other man finally came and got my order and it still was wrong. 3 small hash browns but the correct biscuit and burrito. Everyone in there had an attitude except the man sweeping. Some woman came up from the back fussing saying that they were sending her home but they have all these wrong orders and then another man starts fussing back with her saying that it was her fault. It was all unprofessional. I left apologizing to them for my order being wrong because I just felt like I was bothering them by being there. I have no receipt or anything because...

We walked up to order and the young lady was very sweet, seemed new. The person in drive thru was yelling for a person in the back. He seemed like he didn't want to be there. We were giving our drink cups but they are very small and seemed different like the cup itself it was thicker. I asked the lady she said yes those are the small cups. I started getting my drink and realized it said careful hot contents as in it was a coffee cup. So I walk back up there and I told the baby I think this is the coffee cup I need the regular cup. The gentleman then turn around and fuss at her which was unnecessary because like I said she seemed new. And it was not a problem I just didn't want to waste the cups. When we got our food the fries were cold my, The fire guy in the back said there were fresh ones coming up. My son got a large fry and it was less than half full. The burger look like it had been made 30 minutes ago or more. The lady that ordered before us had two kids meals. The lady bagged her food and threw it on the counter and said I don't know where she went it'll just wait there. I told my son to go outside and let the lady know her food was ready. Every blue moon we stop at Burger King and we've never had a problem. It may have just been the time of day, late afternoon...
