So I ordered 5 meals to go yesterday. There's the 11$ worth of takeout charges, okay whatever. I drive back from there and get to my hotel room... the order is wrong. Missing grits... but like honestly... all three if my all star platters were missing the meat. No bacon x2 and no sausage x1. I called the store spoke with waitress Ty. She literally was very sweet and apologetic. She took my order number down from the order said I could come back tomorrow and they would remake my entire order. All I was asking for was just the protein missing. So she said just ask for the manager and they'll handle it tomorrow when I go there.
Fast word to the next day. I went back, one they're only doing take out orders because literally 1 staff and trainee. I waited for 15-20 mins for them to get the couple in front of to pay first, then for them to cook their order, hand them their order, to finally speak to me. When I told them what happened, the lady said I'll check the board to see if your name is on there. She takes 3-5 mins to check it... comes back to tell me she doesn't see anything. She can't help me. I gave to come back at 7 am when the manager is here. Are you kidding me!?
What was the point of taking my order number down the night before then!?
Definitely not recommend this place. Had I know... I would have gone to the one closer to the great wolf lodge here.

Visited today and our party were the ONLY customers in the restaurant. Counted 7 employees. Seemed to be a shift change.
Total ignored for the first 10 minutes. All the girls laughing and talking with vulgar language. Manager included.
Finally able to place our order and when the waitress goes to call it out to the cook, who is the manager, yells at her and says sheās gonna have to wait. Mind you, NO OTHER CUSTOMERS are in the store!
Get our food and most of it is cold by the time it arrives. Our guests wifeās order is wrong. Replaced. Receive the check and it seems inflated. Inquire as to how the total is mistaken and informed we were charged for the order that was incorrect. Dispute the charge and while talking to the waitress, manager yells, āsomeone has to pay for it!ā Inform her it was not our mistake and we shouldnāt be charged for it. Manager informs us we will pay or she will ācall her friends at the police station!ā Had we not had guests, she would have been calling the police! What an AWFUL impression Waffle House made to a visitor of our town!

Typically this is the after the bar hangout. Most of the customers are intoxicated and hungry, so taking advantage of their state of being, makes it easy for the waitresses to take advantage of this opportunity to inflate their bills!!!!
This works great until a person whose NOT under the influence comes in and is aware of their TICKET PRICING practices. When questioned about the bill, suddenly 3 people whip out calculators while others try to explain your bill. The problem, ALL 3 COME UP WITH DIFFERENT TOTALS. Usually one is close to your original bill and the other 2 come up with HIGHER totals. So of course you pay the original bill. However, if you work the calculator and enter the prices DIRECTLY off the PRINTED menu, youāll get a lower total, including taxes and the tip!!!
When asked, one waitress commented that they have hourly numbers they have to meet. Hereās a trick, treat the customers FAIRLY and your customer base will increase and your hourly numbers will too!!!
